This is a rip-off. Nowhere do they tell you that the $2.99 price is for one month only. Save your time and money. I signed up today and I'm cancelling today. From what I've read that won't be an easy task. To bad this information is not available upfront and only after they get all of your information. Wish me luck‼️

Be very careful when using this app. Yesterday, it it planned a trip that took me through a national forest, out of cell service, because it was more direct. Once I was out of service, I had no map or phone. ALWAYS check the entire trip before getting route.

Why does Verizon nickel and dime their customers to death? Charging for every little thing. If you don't pay, your free version doesn't include voice directions. They expect you to pay extra for that. If you don't pay extra you have to look at your phone while you are driving. wtg Verizon. That's real safe 😒

Wish I could give the app a negative star! Just had to get a new phone and it came with this "new and improved" version that offers lots of upgrades and suggestions...at a price I'm going to delete this app! I'd rather use a mapsco!!

Always gets me to the right place. Sometimes it has a bit of a lag with quick turns and such, sometimes it does not recognize addresses, but overall a good app.

I have used this application for years and absolutely loved it until here recently. It freezes up, it disappears, it still talks to you but you can't see it, and you can't open it backup or see anything as far as a map goes without doing a forced stop.

Absolutely awful use Google maps instead. I have had vz navigation for about 16 years.. It use to be amazing back when you could download offline data. Recently what got me to say enough is enough is it took us down 14 miles of dirt roads today.. Absolutely stupid..
