Pure garbage. I subscribed to it half month ago, and it is probably one of the worst mistakes I have ever made. App on Windows barely worked, and it took me forever to switch between different servers before I could finally connect to one. The connection on Android app was extremely unstable, and the time before I could successfully connect was also painfully long. Besides, there is no refund! I will never recommend it to anybody, never! Updated on October 22, 2021: This app's Android version refused to work starting today. Though it has always been very difficult to use, it could still connect after a few tries. Now, it has been completely unable to connect. It's impossible to get my money back because it has been more than 30 days since I purchase this "life-changing" application. What's more unbearable is that I still have to pay for another month of subscription because the minimum subscription period is two months. Long before that I requested for refund but never got their answer. So not only is Vypr a useless app, but also an unhonest company. I am going to say goodbye to it for good and hoping anyone who plans to choose it as their next VPN solution will think twice. PS, I am writing it under the connection of another VPN provider.

Not knowing the difference between VPN's I used a different paid VPN for 1 year...thought it was ok...but then did some research and chose Vypr mainly for 2 reasons. 1 - Vypr owns their servers and 2 - has more choices for encryption. Not to mention having the 3 year plan available. After using Vypr for just a few days I immediatel y saw the difference between VPN"s. Vypr is superior.... I don't have any connection issues. Occasionally I might have to change connection location. Very rare.

Unreliable, stops working when I need it most--in unsecured public places like hospitals regarless of its connection settings . Don't waste your money on this overhyped and useless app. Update. 9/27/2021: The latest update is dysfunctional again -- I have to turn it off to make my email work, to play online videos, or make Google weather app work!!

i don't know what's wrong with the app lately when i try to connect to south america servers they always show me i'm in united states this is the first problem. the second when i use vpn for streaming services like Netflix, Hulu it doesn't work anymore they don't let me sign in. too bad I think I will switch to another great VPN.

It has a lot nice features for a low cost... The organization owns the own servers and maintains as well... My streams haven't buffered once and I am only running a 20 mbps bandwidth... The app has some really solid best of practice security features... Especially a Kill Switch feature that protects the customer from unexpected exposure should VyprVpn application lose it's connection with the server... An option to protect the end user from questionable browser networks and great encryption...

I bought this to change location to Turkey but had too many issues with the Turkey server. Supports generic replies we're useless. I've since found free vpn providers that do a better job when it comes to connecting to servers from abroad to Turkey 25/09/2021 Still no fix and seems to be constantly disconnecting on Turkey server.

I had been using VyprVPN last year and only cancelled recently. I had a number of problems, the one I remember best was that after a certain amount of hours (on-the-clock, exactly), the VyprVPN service or client would crash. I'd either have to kill the process and restart the service or reboot… The good point to it though was that it managed to bypass the anti-VPN Deep Packet Inspection filters that certain public Wi-Fi(s) use to block VPN usage. Customer support is friendly and responsive.

Unfortunately doesn't work on cellular Internet in Russia anymore. Which means that all their vpn protocols were successfully blocked and they don't have anything to offer. It's sad, because I bought their subscription for 3 years.

Just like its PC counterpart, VyprVPN is pure trash. I had it on my PC for less than 1 hour because it slowed down my browsers to a crawl. The android app is no better. There are better VPNs on the market with better service and better customer support. I strongly suggest using one of those....Update August 5 2021...When I stated that I had your service for less than 1 hour I meant it. When I discovered that it is was Vypr VPN giving me the problems I immediately cancelled the service

Updated Aug 09 2021 - Frequent DNS errors and failures that require reconnecting to resolve, multiple times a day. You get what you pay for. Across Windows and Android/ChromeOS, when the app crashes or drops a connection, it can often result in a "leak" of my location to Google and Facebook, which is most unpleasant.
