Still infuriating that such a simple problem as calculating miles travelled between fuels stops seems to defeat this app. This morning I filled up at 19324 miles, previous fill was at 18913. Easy bit of maths produces a miles travelled of 411. The app originally populated this field with something over 600. Ooh, just had a thought, perhaps it's working in kilometres??

Very frustrating messages appearing every time I start the app. No ability to prevent or cancel them. Asking me to confirm things I don't want to confirm, then repeating and repeating and repeating and repeating and repeating and repeating and repeating and repeating and repeating. - Automatic Service Appointment Request dialogue. - Never miss out on any new features dialogue. - Location access while in use dialogue. - Will send screenshots on request. Rarely identifies refuel quickly enough.

The latest update along with the battery optimization removal in Settings did the job: now trips are recorded properly. The only problem I face now is that trip data from previous months are not downloaded. Trying to access last month's trips (let alone previous year's trips) the system produces a message saying "We Connect Go isn't responding" and I have 3 options: Close - Wait and Send feedback. So I am waiting for the next app update to have a fully functional dongle as 2 updates before...

Annoying. The message "Authorized workshops are being updated" keeps poping up several times a day. It happens even clearing the Cache of the device. That has no sense at all. The interface is strange. One has to scroll up and down so much to find the options. Menus are not well organized. I expect much more from VW.

Geez, how often do you need to refresh the authorised workshops. Every other time I'm looking at my phone it's refreshing. App is otherwise ok. You could really do more with all the info that is actually available...

Useful app but most of the time faced connectivity issue. Not recommended. Surely due to this issue u won't use this option. Total waste of money. VW you guys must fix connectivity issue. As I am using this app for more than 2 years. Initially 3 to 4 months only used.

Fuel monitor shows distance in KM even though number recorded is miles. App constantly polls for new VW dealers. I can't believe it needs updating more than once a month.

It does not always connect with the car and in some cases it freezes when I am trying to view my trips. I have to close and open the app again.

I love it... after my android update it had stopped logging the whole trips unless if I had kept the app opened. I fixed it by adding it to "Never sleeping Apps"

Recent updates seem flakey, App forever trying to update dealer list. ALL the commercial sites have gone. No longer retrieving my Caddy info. Complains of loss of Bluetooth when you turn off engine and might not have complete journey....well duh.....if I've arrived I'm going to switch Off!
