This app is a twice daily drain on my will to live, a vampire which feeds on my time and soul. Can I simply but a ticket? No. I must enter exactly which route I wish to take. I must then open and force close the app every time I want to buy a ticket because the app doesn't load the up to date journey times. Then if less than a minute until the scheduled time, one must force the app to show you the last hours worth of journey times, but then the bus never comes on time so it doesn't matter anyway

All sorted out with adding existing monthly ticked but new problem emerged. Since i recently bought new monthly ticket with P+R trough app i doesn't give me an option to show the ticket, just to download PDF and print it. I know it has to do something with P+R part but it would be great to be able to show ticket in app and not to carry printed one with me. Ty

The app itself looks good. But for me the most important thing is to be able to add my "Jahres-Ticket Ganz Tirol", so I do not have to carry it with me. It only offers me the option to buy it. But i already have one!

Leider wirklich nicht zu empfehlen - braucht ewig zum Laden, teilweise 3-5 min - um herauszufinden welchen Bus man denn nun nehmen soll, muss man unglaublich oft klicken/ tippen (7x!), was unter Zeitstress wirklich bescheuert ist. Warum kann man nicht direkt nach Eingabe von Start und Ziel sehen, was fährt? - man kann nicht einzelne Orte als Favoriten abspeichern, sondern nur Routen - Wenn der Internetempfang schlecht ist, werden Start und Ziel immer automatisch zu Wien?!?! - ob Tickets noch gültig sind oder nicht aktualisiert sich NICHT selbst, oft wird angezeigt es wäre gültig dabei ist es das gar nicht mehr

Die App funktioniert öfter nicht als schon. Bei Tausch des Smartphones oder Update der Android Version funktionieren gekaufte Tickets / Guthaben nicht mehr. Wenn das App aus diesem oder einem anderen Grund nicht funktioniert darf laut VVT auch nicht mit Kulanz oder Nachsicht von Schaffner bzw. Kontrolleur gerechnet werden.

Das neue Flexi Ticket ist ja eine Tolle Idee, nur wenn das einlösen (über App) so umständlich ist wird das nichts mit breiter Akzeptanz. Hier wird es dem Benutzer extra schwer gemacht. Wenn am Voucher zumindest eine Anleitung angedruckt wäre ... oder zb. eine dritte Zahlungsoption von Flexiticket abbuchen anstatt über Voucher einlösen (den 16-stelligen Code welchen man nirgendwo kopieren kann, oder die App zumindest splitscreenfähig machen). In der Schule würde das bedeuten sehr gut setzen fünf.

Zahlung mit Revolut geht nicht - sobald man auf Revolut die Zahlung bestätigt und auf das App zurückwechselt ist der Zahlungsvorgang zurückgesetzt. Vollkommen Nutzloses App..
