    Don't need your apologies,Just got scammed by vueling my 3 booking are not being refunded due to COVID-19. when I've tried to get my refund, the app just said to check again cause those booking codes no longer exists.The customer service avoid you to not take responsibility. I regret I've used this app, very well performed vueling, thanks for not refunding my money, great move. Clever how to scamm during this outbreak. Your company can still my money, rest assure that God will take justice.

    App layout good but one major problem. It won't download boarding passes onto phone, which is probably one of the main reasons for installing this app. Keeps saying that there's a communication error when attempting download. Have tried with no success on android and iphone. Worked perfectly in the past.

    The app itself works, the problem is Vueling. They force you to BUY a seat (no other company does that) at the check in. If you need help there's EVA, which is supposed to be a travel assistant but it doesn't even let you type in questions. I tried to call the phone number (PAYING) and after an infinite number of useless selections and confirmations when I could finally talk with someone the call simply dropped. I'll never fly with Vueling again.

    Can't see my bording pass from my phone. It's the only reason why I dowloaded the app in the first place. Please fix this. It keeps saying error even if I already paid for a seat and everything (I ended up having to print it. But I wish it would work nonetheless)

    Had the worst online check in experience ever, spent more than an hour trying to get a boarding pass - the site didn't work most of the time, and at the end I had to pay 15 euro extra for "choosing" options I didn't need. Will never again use this app or fly with Vueling, and would recommend the same to all my friends.

    The app doesn, t recognise my password. Vueling sends me instructions on what to do to my email address. I go and look and see nothing but spanish written. Hopeless and no help what so ever and no surprise. Just like their website.

    Lots of informations but with plenty of problems. Couldn't perfom online check in and we try it for 3 days. Online assistent wasn't helpful. We send a message for support bud didn't get any answer. In the end we only got boarding pass for one person (there was 3 of us). We had to go on check in desk after all. After that boarding passes appeared in aplication, but half of hour later. Overall, not very useful aplication.q

    Awful App and Customer Service ! Will NOT print or download the Boarding Passes and spoke to them several times and keep being fobbed off with the "I'll have to get IT to look at it ".     Flight delayed but no notifications from app. Use app to Check flight status using flight number, my flight not found. Check by route and route not found. Same flight not found when using website. Also no info on departure terminal! Get email saying flight delayed but not by how long. Click link for more info and again my flight is not recognised.

    Unable to check in,Error message all the time. Have uninstalled and reinstalled several times on ipad and android phones,with same results still cant check in or see boarding passes. The desktop works ok.Its just the mobile versions weather its android or ios systems.So im unable to check in and alter or update any details. Again i have uninstalled and reinstalled with the same results. In reply to your question ,its the boarding card recovery.

    Generally OK, but I discovered (once again) a bug that makes it impossible to look for flight info based on flight numbers. The flight number entry field only accepts 3 characters. I tried the last numbers but that returns invalid flight number message. Hence this feature is broken.

    Nice layout, easy to use, no excessive fields, but, horrible bug with payment system Ideal, can't move forward or back after an error, it then blocks from rebooking saying you have a 'duplicate booking'. Needs fixing.

    tried to check in but can't as it won't let me select card type. massive flaw and then when I called up they told me it's already done but it hadn't. need to sort out this app as now I'm in Spain and will have to waste time checking in at the airport.

    first 53 mb for an app that you probably download on mobile data while in another country is way too much. second I can't properly reset my password. Lucky vueling has a good mobile web page that you can use.

    Widget disappeared. Moreover if you pay for a checked in luggage, the app doesn't show clearly anywhere that you bought it. We had trouble at the check in desk for this reason! Very disappointed!!!

    I just downloaded the app and like the desktop site earlier am unable to sign up to an account. I was told the problem would be fixed in a couple of hours when I rang the help desk at 11am. 6 hours have now passed and nothing has changed

    Worst airline and worst experience ever. Do not ever book via Vueling. They change flights even without notifying you whichbis horrendous.     My 1 star has nothing to do with the appt but the Airline company. Booking a cheap flight caused me to lose valuable time & more money. They cancelled my flight that was scheduled at 11:50pm and no other plane was available until 7am the next morning. Worse part is that no one got a refund because "the cancellation was out of their control" and to top it off, we were not informed about the cancellation until 3am, 3 hrs after our scheduled departure. Cheap=lost time+ lost money! Stay Away!

    Piss takers and liars, customers service non existent. Arrived at the gate close time, first being told that the flight had already left, second being told that they did the last call three times as we were the only ones left they went ahead without us. Customer service later told us they don't do last calls in the airport as it is a silence airport so all bulls**t about the last calls. The plane left 25 mins after the scheduled time according to the flight tracker, so the man was lying to my face telling me the flight had left when they were just offloading our bags. Also told me the bags would be ready on the belt in 15 mins, meaning they offloaded the bags either very quickly or very early. Customer service desk just wouldn't even talk, telling me to fill out a complaint form and it would take a long time, what a joke.

    Was going to give it Five Stars but app shows incorrect Terminal for BCN. 40 mins of my life I won't get back. Actually negative stars. Moronic gate agent told me to ignore terminal info on home screen and look at booking. Message to tech.
