The app nor does the website work properly. I was never notified that my flight was canceled. I've call customer service multiple times and they all tell me I need to manage my booking online or through the app

Don't need your apologies,Just got scammed by vueling my 3 booking are not being refunded due to COVID-19. when I've tried to get my refund, the app just said to check again cause those booking codes no longer exists.The customer service avoid you to not take responsibility. I regret I've used this app, very well performed vueling, thanks for not refunding my money, great move. Clever how to scamm during this outbreak. Your company can still my money, rest assure that God will take justice.

My flight was cancelled due to fuelling difficulties and I was unable to even check/confirm the changes to my flight for over 6 hours; with no way to even contact them since their call menu is malfunctioning as well.

I am still waiting on a refund for a flight that never happened due to covid. There is no live person to talk to and the app all I get is "refund pending". Its been 5 months and nothing.

My 1 star has nothing to do with the appt but the Airline company. Booking a cheap flight caused me to lose valuable time & more money. They cancelled my flight that was scheduled at 11:50pm and no other plane was available until 7am the next morning. Worse part is that no one got a refund because "the cancellation was out of their control" and to top it off, we were not informed about the cancellation until 3am, 3 hrs after our scheduled departure. Cheap=lost time+ lost money! Stay Away!

Mediocre app. 20 times sending the documents for checking for a vaccinated person. Everything in order. Documents legible and right format. 20 times non valid with no clear explainarion at all. Shi@#$est app and company ever. Should not use it again. Want travel for fun not to struggle with your mediocre tools and call robot. Never again

Copy-paste does not work even though there are many fields (booking reference, passport number etc.) I want to fill by copying from other document/password manager.

The app is ok but there is no way of getting in touch with a human customer service agent via the app or website or on any of the phone numbers. My problem is not one of the standard ones that's got a prerecorded reply and i fly in 3 days!!!!
