I really don't like having to sign in again every 2 days. I also don't like the constant connection errors I have with this app. When the error pops up it takes me 2-3 episodes back. Then I have to find the spot I was at in the episode. Hulu has a good anime selection. Only reason I use VRV is for Shield Hero. If Hulu gets it, bye bye VRV.

Early on, this app was amazing. You had loads of streaming services all on one great bundle (Crunchyroll, Funimation, HiDive, Boomerang, ect.). But now all that's really left is Crunchyroll and a couple of dead services that haven't made anything worth watching in years. You're essentially paying more for a Crunchyroll subscription than you need to.

My B. we couldn't load a 5 stars review since our app crashes and is unable to play videos every 5 minutes. Updating to 1 stars since the lost of hidive apparently destroyed the servers and they are now held together by duct tape and prayers, been unable to watch any anime this month. Really thinking of cancelling my sub if this keeps up and just going straight to CR and RT individually.

I really don't like the fact that VRV app does not have a customer service. There is no way to get in contact with them & according to them they do not do refunds. I love the app & all that they have to offer but the fact that they don't have a customer service disappoints me. I signed up for a free trial of the premium service because, hey, it was available. I did not know how to cancel it & they do not allow consumers to cancel it through the app so I've lost $11 and some change.

I would have 5 stars, but for some reason I can no longer update my payment info OR find the option to reestablish my premium. Nothing in the option menu, would really like to know what is going on. Also it stopped showing my email? Showing some sort of .ii thing?

I like the service but many shows are not available even though it shows dub and sub the sub is only there also many shows that are availabe on there original respected websites are not here the whole point i signed up is so i dont need multpile subscriptions and also when you download a show it uses internal memory instead of external which really makes me sad because my phone is limited to 64 gb and this whole takes up 13.9 gb including downloaded shows like why?funimation allows external!

Very good app but I do have some suggestions for premium members such as being able to set a language preference or being able to sort by language would make it super worth it to get premium in my eyes but other then that it's really a good app and I have no problems with it

I got it when it was knew, at the time it was a good deal but now I only use it for crunchyroll so there's not really much reason for me to keep it. On top of that it turned off my subscription and won't let me change it. I don't appreciate my money being stolen. Because of its lack of content I had to get funimation. I hate funimation.

This app used to be amazing but now its so messed up because it will say dub/sub but only has sub not to mention apparently now you need to have premium subscription through Crunchyroll not through this app so this app would have gotten five stars for the years that it was amazing but now if I would give it zero stars I could

Looks like they got rid of the their partnerships with their dubbed selection , little by little they been removing and literally the only channel worth watching on this is Crunchyroll. You might as well subscribe to that and Funimation separately than have this app. That was the whole point of this app is to have all anime in subbed and dubbed in one place. Too bad since this was my all time favorite for just about everything i watched. Not anymore. Prolly not gonna resub to this app anymore.
