Used this app and service for over a year. at some point they quit accepting prepaid cisa debit. But did accept Subway giftcards. All was well, until the quit accepting Subway giftcards. contacted cust. service and for the first time in a year, I wasn't contacted back in the normal 48hrs. In fact instead of answering my question, they closed my ticket and closed my account. Well if they don't need my money, I don't need their service. thank you for nothing. Pls note, service is located in HK.

App doesn't work anymore. Doesn't go any further than 'waiting for server reply' . I let the app run and " wait for a server reply" for TWO days and still nothing!! Don't waste your money on this 💩
