Can't add tips. Closes when I click on crime map. App is a great idea but it must work to be useful

I've downloaded this app 2 years in a row, and for some reason I can never seem to open the app, it shows an error message, I would luv to know where crimes are taking place on the map, as well as offenders.

Really like the ability of some of the features. The crime map is not 100% accurate with the location. Needs a feedback button for developer. Looking forward to what this is capable of bringing to the city.
