Oct 12 updated now app doesnt work. I used app for delivery every week for my dad. Now it doesn't work. Tried to use chat but when I click it the app shuts down. I had a list of about 45 items he wanted and erased my list as I went. Now I dont know what they were, he wont remember and I have to figure out when I can shop for him ugh. Will update review when app is fixed, if possible. Because otherwise, I loved it.

After this most recent update on 10/12/21 that "adds everything to one app", the app itself does not work. It takes forever to load the first page and then will only give me error codes when I try to sign in or select any form of shopping. (Delivery, pick up, in store)

New app has a terrible user experience. No way to get rid of the "what's new/how to use" even after months of using it. Must select shopping mode, even if you're just going to look at deals/offers. No longer able to filter by personal price (or if it is there, I can't find it). Was great, biw super annoying.

Here I come Ralphs Fix the damn app or better yet go back the way it was when it worked. I'm tired of opening the app only to see the stupid let's get started page. Seriously, the app wasn't broke in the first place why did you screw it up? I'm done with the app, maybe that was the plan in the first place, piss everyone off and don't give just 4 U discounts anymore. 👍good job Albertsons, couldn't screw us enough with your higher prices now you screw this up

Easy to use! Reliable. Update 10/01/2021: New version is not at all user friendly. If you are not a delivery customer you need to push through many screens to get to where you need to be. Rebates after do not show the amount of the rebate.

This app absolutely sucks. Took me and a store clerk 15 minutes to open scan. It keeps wanting me to shop at home which I won't ever do. Fix this thing or lose me as a client. I have a Stater Brothers, Ralphs and Target nearby. Whoever designed this app should be fired

11/3/21 App started kicking me off as soon as I opened it after being updated 7/6/21 & continued to do so until about 2 weeks ago so I had to use my laptop instead which was very time consuming. Lots of time wasted calling & emailing Vons tech support & no consideration from Management for my time wasted. Really disappointing from a Grocery Store that I have been a customer of nearly 60 years since I shopped w/my Grandma when I was a kid. I can hardly wait to see what happens w/next update.

When they changed the app from the previous one it was not a good change. This new app is horrible!! Ever time I open it it takes me to the screen to order online I stard of going to the home page for me to use Just for u! I have to close it and reopen every time. Frustrating!!

Very bad. Tried several times to place an online order for pickup. Your system has a problem and keeps repeating an error code. Going to have to uninstall and shop the old fashioned way. PS, don't tell me you'd like to you'd like the opportunity to discuss it on the app via chat. Your chat does not work either.

I don't know what happened but I used to use this app ALL the time. Recently it has been terrible. I get error messages every time I use it now. I haven't been able to use it to get any deals which is really the only reason I go to Vons in the first place. It was also much more convenient when I was able to use the Vons app at Albertsons but now you need a separate app. I hope all the issues get resolved soon!
