The number one things I liked about this app is the sound. The very first thing I used it for was to record the theme music to the John Wayne movie Big Jake because I wanted to use it as my phones ringtone. I recorded several different versions of the tune and the sound was excellent on all of them. It does contain ads but the ads do not block the screen so I can deal with those. The app gave me exactly what I was looking for in a voice, clear beautiful sounding music especially instrumental music.

Love this one. I struggled for days with a poor quality, useless voice recorder app. I was reluctant to search for a new one due to the time involved with finding a quality, trustworthy app. Found this one today & the difference is amazing. I'm a senior and my daughter taught me how to us this app & I love it! I can record my granddaughter when she performs & listen to her play whenever I want to hear her. I don't mind the ads most of the time. I just wish they made the "X's" bigger or in a better spot so I'm not constantly hitting the app advertisements.

I would rate higher but there's such thing as too much ads. Change this or else watch that 4.8 rating drop to a 3.8. I know u guys got to make some money. But the ads are ridiculous. However. The app is very good! Minus the ads which make it kinda hard to use.

yes very nicely organized app. I needed something for consecutive translation. so if you can place bookmarks at the end of a snippet of conversation and play from the beginning without too much fuss or automatically, it would be fantastic but thanks for the software it is very useful as is. Good quality sound recording but with major flaw. When you press start to record, your phone sends you a notification that an app is recording (Really? Is that necessary? I think I know it started cause I'm the one that started it) and if your phone is not on silent, then the notification sound gets recorded into your recording!

It's very handy. I have no hesitation recommending it. But I have a problem with the app... I think. Sometimes the other end of a conversation doesn't get recorded, or I can barely hear it. I don't know if it's a setting issue or the app itself.

I am a pianist and I often use Voice Recorder to record a piece I'm working on. It helps me immensely to hear how it sounds to others. I find the sound is better if I place the phone away from the piano.
