#Vogo #NeverGo vogo has the very worst service, I booked the vogo 3 days before(Wednesday), for Saturday morning 6am. But vogo point was closed and no scooter was assigned to me. No scooter available at that vogo point, I had to go to some other vogo point and get scooter. There they assigned me a punchered bike. I got scoter around 9am... They ruined my day... Worst service... Never book it. Bikes also dirty and not in good condition.

Poor service maintenance 👨🔧 very dirty vehicles.no sanitized. More than 85 percent vehicles must and should service.i have bad experience.i booked one month vogo but very disappointed 😔 because no proper maintenance.i am changing 3 vehicles with in 10 days. And also too much cost.i going to book to onn bike its very cheap and give more kilometers. Friends don't book vogo. All repair vogo scooters.

Wrost experience with this app.... Once we lock the vehicles again we cannot open... Its say our server is not working... Ive waited almost 1 hour... They doesn't need even single start.... I prefere dont go this vehicle... Ita sucks very bad....

What the hell.. No scooter available in Hyderabad.. there is a more than 10 branches in Hyderabad.. but No scooter Available at one of station..😠😠😡🤬

Never take vehicles from vogo. Customer service is bad, also if there is any issue with the scooters after booking they'll make you pay for it or cancel your ride. Most scooters are faulty and unsafe to ride as there is not maintenance done on scooters. Better go for a local rental even though deposit is high.

I never see this type of worst service ever actually my ride completed 10 days before but still my refund amount has been not credited my account,, if when I raised the ticket there no proper responce from app side even customer care didn't lift any call not only this first time so many times I faced this type of situation don't encourage this vogo service,,,, literally I faced very bad experience from vogo help desk and support centre

I have rented the bike. I am unable to access the app. I am now stuck since half an hour on the road in the rain. The app says check internet connection. While I am able to access all other apps and have made payments too. I am unable to unlock the vehicle. There is no customer support number either. Its only chat. And you can chat if the app opens and work. This is so difficult.

Pathetic service. The scooters are as bad as you can imagine. I had to change 4 scooters in 12 days. Twice it happened when the scooter stopped working suddenly and didn't start. I had to drag it to a parking space and then go 10kms to get a new one. These people are cheaters.

Very bad experience. Earlier the app was good, the vehicles were also in good condition. Nowadays the vehicles are in very poor conditions and also the customer support is at the worst stage. There should be atleast an option to see fuel level befor booking . Its very tragic to see a good idea becoming one of the worst disaster.
