Was de administratie achter deze App al waardeloos (zie hieronder mijn eerste comment) sinds de recentste update kan ik niets zinvols meer opvragen. Meerdere keren bij mijn vereniging de instelling opgevraagd en zelfs bij hun op de computer meegekeken. Mijn emailadres staat daar correct geregistreerd. Krijg mijn geregistreerde kinderen niet te zien! Verkeerde uitslag noteren kan gebeuren, maar melding van zo'n fout meer dan 24 uur volharden in de foute melding is echt niet van deze tijd.

Blijft continue crashen wat frustraties veroorzaakt. Blijkbaar kan de app het toch niet goed aan waarvoor hij is gemaakt. Tijd voor een werkende crashvrije update.

Waarom kan ik niet inloggen via de app maar wel via de website? En, Dit kan natuurlijk véél beter en gebruikersvriendelijker. 1) waarom moet je ieder jaar betalen om de wedstrijden in je agenda te zien. Ik betaal toch ook contributie. Verbeter op z'n minst dan de functionaliteiten en gebruiksvriendelijkheid 2) onoverzichtelijk 3) andere functionaliteiten en taakjes aanmaken in de app missen compleet 4) Tip: kijk eens wat verder en leer van de systemen bij andere sporten. Bv Lisa bij hockey.

Zeer slecht, al weken heel zelden benaderbaar

Idee is perfect, en werkte eerst wel oke met heel veel lags, maar nu kan je echt helemaal niks meer in de app. Overal serverfouten en het duurt heel lang voordat uberhaupt iets laad. Geen goede app meer, traag en langzaam ook onoverzichtelijk door de niet slimme indeling en lettertype van 50.

Niet mogelijk om de wedstrijden in je agenda te plaatsen zonder te betalen. Bij opstarten begint het al gelijk met reclame, want daar houden mensen zo van. Ik betaal al genoeg aan de KNVB met elkaar jaar prijsverhogingen. Dus haal deze reclame er eens heel snel uit en maak de agenda functie gratis. Wat een onzin dit zeg.
