Ever since the last update I've been facing issues. It would just log out my account on its own and it's very annoying to enter the details all over again several times to log in. Paying by saved credit card doesn't work. The live chat has a bug and doesn't deliver all messages to the agent. And subscribing to additional Data package of 10 BHD doesn't happen at all.

How a reputed company can mislead customers? Bahrain is a small country still STC have worst voice and data quality but charging customers 3 times more. The quality of voice and data is same as 20 years a go. 3G is even better. How this big company is fooling consumers?
