I had no issues for almost the 4 years I had a subscription for VirtualShield for until now. It doesn't work at all now and I can't even log in to the website or app at all to unsubscribe from their awful service. I switched to NordVPN a bit ago because their VPN actually functions and VirtualShield automatically disconnects all the time for no reason at all, even if I never disconnected from it. My advice? Go subscribe to literally any other VPN service that isn't VirtualShield.

Not a reliable VPN app. The app will disconnect from the network after a while and you will think that you're browsing privately when such is not the case. I can't believe they haven't updated their app since March of last year.

I pay monthly fee been giving me problems dropping me then when I reconnect it just sits there but does not connect. I have just about enough with this unstable protection. If I keep having these problems im not paying for an unstable connection. Fix or im leaving. Pissed off customer

If there was a negative 5 would not be enough! Heard horror stories before, these guys out. Un believably awful everything. Stay away. No joke, caused major issues with all devices. Customer support what's that. Hope I saved just one person with this review.

Dishonest billing right from sign up. I was going to get one month of family plan with 30 day trial and was offered 2 months free if I paid today. I assumed that ment pay one month today but they tried to bill me over 300.00. Thank God Capital One sent me an alert 1st.

So far the only problem I had was when I installed Avast adblocker, which hijacked my PC security and shut Virtualshield off. I uninstalled it and got help from Pearl in VS customer service to resolve the situation in a matter of minutes. Hopefully, it will stay connected now that I am watching it closer.

Terrible said i signed for year subscription and i did not. They have no customer service phone number. Email & chat only. Sent no invoice receipt when they took my money. Claim they save no data on how i use service, havent used it for a year and 1 to three day to get back to me email to resolve issue. What a joke. My bank said their website is flagged from their system as unsafe and the have no phone number for them. What a joke in the world of safe browing yada yada yada. This is terrible

IT CONSTANTLY DISCONNECTS & it won't connect back no matter how many times I clear cache, clear data, uninstall, reinstall, restart my phone. Advanced settings are correct. WHAT A WASTE OF TIME & MONEY. I HATE THIS APP. I WISH YOU HAD A CHOICE OF ZERO STARS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
