    Update: now the app has completely lost all my credentials. How have you guys not fixed this yet?? Only reason to have this app is to pay bills and every month when I log in I come into some kind of issue. Almost ready to find a new internet provider at this point. Always crashes and never remembers your card information. Each month you have to load your card back up. Beyond frustrating. Get it together already

    For (5?) years, we had 2 separate V accounts; for Mobile & also Home WiFi. We already had a mobile acct when we signed up for wifi & were told the new service couldn't just be added onto the existing acct. That's what the CSR we spoke to & who set up our wifi said. One ⭐ removed bc TD only allows 1 acct # per Provider so the wifi acct couldn't be added to online banking. One more ⭐ removed bc of no wifi & not fixed w/out a home-visit for a tech to repair. Lastly, the app is NOT user friendly!

    rip off artists, instead of pausing data at 100% they allow $50 to accumulate in over charges before pausing (or informing that you have reached 100% of the monthly data included in the plan) and then it costs $15 to add 1gb plus a additional $15 just to process the request. could I have expected anything less from a subsidiary company of bell. not happy, I'll be looking for a better carrier asap.

    I would actually give 0 stars if it were an option. I don't know what they changed or why they changed it but I can no longer login to this app as it will no longer accept my username and password. I've tried SEVERAL times to change my username and password, which the app confirmed each and every time that I was successful in doing so BUT lo and behold I still get the dreaded error message that my credentials don't match. This is supposed to be convenient but it is decidedly NOT!!!!

    it seems my phone has been disconnected over 14dollars being less than a week over due. no notice or nothing. just bam. obviously I paid it as soon as I seen but still. seems a little extreme.

    this review is not for the app ita for the company. i went to one of those booths that offer plans from multiple companies and they guy rushed me through paperwork because thwy were closing and unfortunately signed up for virgin not the rogers plan i asked for. and virgin has overcharged me over $1000 in fees when i should have unlmttd data. and always cuts me off before my $200 limit and my $175 soft limit or whatever. today it was $169 and cant make calls. i absolutely fn hate virgin mobile

    When looking at options to upgrade the phone on the app, it doesn't match what is available on the actual site. Otherwise, it's good at looking at your bill

    I've had this app for years and it somehow never remembers all of my info (I always check the boxes so it should save it). either it forgot my login info, or my credit card info, or both. I exclusively use it to pay my phone bills so I would expect it to be effective at that

    June Froment on FB who works at the family centre provided a phone for me when mine went missing after she saw me have a great educational experience singing and dancing with my son to my iTunes playlist., I was blocked from doing so. June had fraudulently gotten the phone and another sim to a monthly account paid for in my name, provided by my mother. She then went to Vancouver left me with no access to anything for nearly a week knowing I had evidence stored on it for an important matter.
