Its really annoying to use this app. I tried to open and purchase, in a second I got in, the simcard conection come and disapear non stop. I need to re install my phone three times because of it.

Every time I try to use the app I get the message that there are server issues. I logged out but then can't log in anymore. Reinstalling the app doesn't help. Also, vikingpoints are sometimes not awarded. Even if you claim them with proof attached, they are not a usable. I have 'claimed points' from 3 years ago.

(updated text) So the resizable widget is back, but the smallest version doesn't show the validity of the bundle, which is one of the most important information. Probably more than amount of Viking Points. Instead half of the space is wasted by the refresh button and... the hour of last update. And why so many updates of the app? Is it really so bug-ridden?

Rediculously bad for an app that needs to display some numbers. More often than not the widget doesn't work. And I usually end up having to go to the website anyway leaving me to wonder why I have this app in the first place. Once the final sliver of hope that this app will ever be more than the digital equivalent of a paperweight dissipates, I'll have to remove it and accept reality. This app sucks.

The widget is now resizable, which is nice, but most of the time it's an empty box saying "Try again"... It would be more useful to indicate the last refresh it was able to make until it can pull new data. My 4g is on all the time btw.

Widget can be made into a 1x1 again, great! Would be nice to be able to change subscription options directly from the app, instead of having to go through the website (either it's not there in the app, or I can't find it).

Forgive me for asking this, but it really would be nice if somehow you could use the app even when you ran out of Internet. I understand this might be difficult to implement, but I've had this issue several times. Apart from a few bugs here and there it's a great app, though.

It's a good app, but I have this stupid problem where the app keeps opening itself regardless of a cache clear or force stop. The app, if left open, constantly forces its self as the app I'm looking at, regardless of what I'm doing. Very buggy!

Works well for managing pre-paid SIMs, but misses a few things for Contract SIMs. For example, on the website, you can renew your contract early to reset your allowances - this isn't possible on the app.
