You can use the Vianavigo app to buy:
- Tickets t+ cards
- Navigo Daily, Weekly and Monthly passes
- Special tickets (Young Persons Pass, Anti-Pollution Pass, tickets for Roissy and Orly airports)
Purchased tickets are stored on your phone and all you have to do to validate them is pass them over the terminal.

You can also use your phone to top up your Navigo pass. Simply buy the pass of your choice on the app and then load it by placing your Navigo pass on the back of your device.

    During the past 3 months, I was able to renew my monthly pass using the app with no trouble. However, this month (March 2020), the app was not able to load the pass on to my carte navigo (the regular blue one, which should be compatible). It would recognize my card and allow me to purchase the subscription, but would not load the pass. I either received a message that there was an error or it told me that my card wasn't compatible. I assume this is a bug from the latest update.

    Awful app. Cannot load navigo card. Cannot purchase ticket on phone. Cannot provide correct travel information. Cannot provide update to information about the strikes. The developers of this app are incompetent and should leave the technology sector.

    SCAM, Do not recommend. Other than the basic stuff (maps and routes) which other apps provide better and for less limits than IDF region, this app is a complete joke. NFC does not depend on your phone's NFC, but on some specific provider's SIM card. My phone's NFC is secure enough to PAY using VISA and MASTERCARD methods, but for getting on a bus, you need to buy a simcard from ORANGE or a specific phone from SAMSUNG. I wonder how much these companies are paying you to make people restricted to using them.

    I own a Samsung Galaxy S10e and bought one month pass, but the next month I will go back to the card. Metro access detectors are not sensitive as required. It is necessary to pass the phone several time to get access, most of the time i have to try in more than one entrance, is a nightmare!!.

    Tickets do not work with my phone (Google Pixel.) I only wanted the app to avoid queuing up to buy the awful paper tickets. "This service is incompatible with your phone". I'm sure the play store could have told me that in advance so I wouldn't have wasted my time trying When I try the Get Help button: "Warning: shuffle() expects parameter 1 to be array, null given in /var/www/html/wp-content/themes/theme-navigo-faq/template-accueil.php on line 98" That is just sloppy coding and poor testing.

    The maps work but login is bad and i cannot connect my navigo pass. UPDATE: I have tried connecting my navigo pass on three different phones. On one phone it says that its not compatable, on another phone it says it cannot detect my kind of navigo card (I have a standard card with a month pass) and on another phone it says it wont connect to my card because the phone has been updated so it thinks its not safe (that phone has only had the standard systems update).

    What a joke! They could have designed a contactless system that works but no! You read you can havr your tickets on your phone, but then it is only Android, then only certain versions of it, with a single mobile network operator, then it does not work! I want to be clear: I use this app on an Android 7 phone with NFC enabled and a SOSH sim card, also tried orange, it does not work on the devices developer claims are supported! Disregard their answer below off topic about other devices: such BS

And i appreciate this app. But here are the disadvantage i am aware of *. there is no transaction history of ticket swiping. * i dont know how i will prove to ticket checker that i did use ticket? * i dont know if i can reuse the ticket using this mobile app. ---old comment This app has a different password from site. And I can't find my card details I has on site in this app. Make me wonder if this is an real app

    I dared to try this morning... Impossible to copy and paste a password from a Password Manager. After changing my password back to a weak password (avoiding fat fingers), still does not work. Two kind of errors after that: either my credentials are wrong (they aren't) or "The app encountered a problem". Cryptic messages with no way of sending logs/debug information to Devs... #sadpanda

    In my opinion, it's a very good app for people going to work. It's easy to use. Better of all, it's a great application for the entire Ile-de-France ! Whereas RATP app is ok for Paris, and very close suburbs. I've been using ViaNavigo for 3 years, it's very convenient ;)

    When you try and pay to buy tickets and have to confirm with your bank app it doesnt finish with the payment it just goes back to the screen before and hangs. I have tried 10 times already. And im not turning off my bank security for your app.

    The app prohibits the use of a password manager, like 1Password! One has to memorize and to type in the password by hand. I use unique passwords and there is no way I'm gonna to memorize them all. Uninstalled...

    What a waste! So many phones on earth and you support only this tiny number. And while Google Pay is so popular you decided not to use that but with specific SIM card which is lagged so much behind in France. You know you're launching a service that hasn't been well developed, RATP is just creating big headlines and want to get more investment, they don't care about their consumers, they just created a hell of difficulties by just raising the price. Stupid decision, stupid company.

    De pire en pire ... à présent cette appli me bloque sur l'écran qui prétend que mon téléphone n'est pas compatible et me demande de cliquer sur "I understand". De qui se moque-t-on d'autant plus qu'au 1er septembre il ne sera plus possible d'utiliser son lecteur de carte à puces pour recharger son Navigo à distance.

    Application pas stable. La validation des tickets fonctionne mais l'achat est laborieux... 24h que j'essaie d'acheter mon pass mensuel sans succès et cela arrive régulièrement. Entre les pages qui ne chargent pas ou les paiements qui ne passe pas c'est assez pénible.

    Impossible de connecter avec mon compte Navigo, il ne reconnait pas le mot de passe. Pire, je ne peux pas recharger le pass via NFC car LineageOS est bloqué, bravo le respect de ma liberté. Et je passe sur le fait que changer de langue ne change rien... Bref une application à la hauteur de la RATP

    Tous les mois j'essaie d'acheter mon pass navigo sur cette appli, qui bloque systématiquement au moment du paiement. Bref, inutile et autant se rendre directement sur les bornes... quand elles fonctionnent elles aussi...

    L'application ne permet pas de coller un mot de passe depuis un gestionnaire de mots de passe. UX=null. Allez, je rajoute quelques points parce que vous répondez que ça viendra dans la prochaine version, mais faites-le parce que du point de vue sécuritaire, ça ne motive pas à choisir un bon mot de passe !

    En vacances, on a voulu recharger notre navigo pour éviter de faire la queue à Roissy. Super efficace (même pas besoin de créer de compte). Petit bémol lire la carte a été un peu difficile mais j'ai pris la main. Sur mon Oneplus 6 il semblerait que taper le haut du téléphone vers la carte et non l'inverse est plus efficace. J'ai hate qu'on puisse avoir notre navigo sur le téléphone même si ce n'est pas un samsung ou un téléphone avec SIM NFC Orange...

    L'application reste bloquée sur "Installing…" lorsque je veux recharger mon pass Navigo. Ça fonctionnait très bien avant la mise à jour. Edit : après plusieurs jours, ça ne fonctionne toujours pas. Avez vous une date prévue de résolution du problème ? Edit 2 : merci de votre réponse. J'ai envoyé un mail.

    Vraiment navrant que cette application ne soit compatible qu'avec les SIM Orange et Sosh. Quelle authentification utilisez-vous ? Une du 20eme siècle ?! Vous devriez annoncer cette immense limitation avant que les utilisateurs prennent le temps d'installer l'application et s'arracher les cheveux et tenter de comprendre pourquoi le téléphone est incompatible.

    Application tres pauvre en fonctions. Quasi inutile si ce n'est pour la fonction dématérialisation du ticket de metro, mais ce n'est pas très innovant. Cependant l'App est fiable quand on valide les tickets. Je n'ai pas testé les informations de perturbations

    A fuir, j'ai perdu de l'argent, le système ne marche pas. J'ai acheté un carnet de 10 tickets sur vianavigo. Au bout de 3 passages, ça ne fonctionne plus. J'ai du faire 20mn de queue pour acheter un ticket papier. J'ai du ensuite faire 10mn de queue pour parler à la personne au guichet d'informations. Cette personne m'a dit qu'il ne peut rien faire et donc qu'il faut donc écrire ou appeler la ratp. Je ne vais même pas essayer de me faire rembourser. Application à fuir absolument !! UPDATE Le commentaire précédent a été fait en novembre. Depuis, par curiosité, j'ai fait une demande de remboursement. Je fais un update au 22 décembre : j'ai fait une réclamation pour être remboursée, j'ai fait des messages pour me plaindre mais rien du tout. Donc surtout fuyez cette application, car ensuite, s'il y a un problème, vous ne pourrez même pas être remboursé!!

    Toujours des problèmes pour le paiement, instabilité de l'application... Pour un service qui arrive longtemps après d'autres capitales internationales c'est triste de constater qu'en outre la technique n'est pas au point.

    Le pass Navigo dematerialisé sur téléphone est une tres bonne chose mais cela fonctionne très mal en particulier dans les bus...

    Une application atroce a utiliser et qui ne fonctionne pas sur les téléphones OnePlus. Pas grave je vais l'utiliser pour recharger mon pass à la place ? Message d'erreur. Je veux accéder à la faq ? message d'erreur. Vous montez le prix des tickets mais vous ne proposez pas d'alternatives viables à vos utilisateurs. A vomir.

    Un problème est survenu après le paiement (3d secure inclus). J'ai fait une demande dans la rubrique "contact us", en moins de 30 minutes j'ai eu une réponse confirmant que mon paiement avait correctement été redressé (même avant que je les contacte). Très bon service (je l'ai utilisé plusieurs fois avant ce problème rapidement résolu)

    J'ai activé le NFC sur mon téléphone, et j'ai une carte SIM sosh avec NFC. Pourtant, l'application me dit que ma carte sim n'est pas compatible, l'url vers la page d'aide est cassée, et l'appli ne reconnait pas non plus mon pass Navigo... Bref, très bonne idée mais vous auriez peut-être pu attendre que votre système soit au point avant de monter le prix du ticket en machine !

    Tout est fait en dépit du bon sens dans cette appli: * Impossible d’utiliser un gestionnaire de mot de passe: en effet l’appli empêche les copier-coller, probablement de la "sécurité" faite par le stagiaire de 3e. * Quand on se résigne à mettre un mot de passe faible pour pouvoir le retenir (vu l’abscence de gestionnaire), on se fait jeter parce que le mot de passe ne convient pas, mais sans la moindre raison. (trop court, manque de certains caractère, je n’ai pas dansé nu sous la pluie une nuit de pleine lune?) * Quand on fini par créer son compte, de toutes façons, on ne peut pas se connecter sans avoir valider son e-mail… sauf que celui-ci n’arrive jamais. (ou bien il arrivera longtemps après que j’ai désinstallé cette appli de m…) Aux utilisateurs: ne perdez pas votre temps, cette appli représente tout ce qui se fait de pire en expérience utilisateur, passez votre chemin. Aux développeurs: recrutez autre chose que des stagiaires de 3e pour construire votre UX. C’est plus que catastrophique à ce niveau. Ouvrez n’importe quelle appli du même genre et copier la, ce sera toujours mieux.

    L'option "coller" est désactivée dans le champs de mot de passe. Comment font donc les gens qui utilisent un gestionnaire de mot de passe ? Vive la sécurité avec votre app codée par des stagiaires redoublants.

    Je pensais pouvoir valider simplement avec mon téléphone sur les bornes pour prendre le métro, et me débarasser de ma carte. Ce n'est pas possible. Dommage.

    Mauvais. Pas possible de payer avec un smartphone nfc autre que Samsung ou orange/sosh... Lamentable. Inspirez vous des autres capitales européennes... Il y a apple pay, Google pay, et les solutions constructeurs... Mais non il faut un système custom. Il y a les CB nfc et payement nfc de la part des banques... Londres ou Saint peterburg utilisent ça... C'est pas limité à un opérateur de téléphonie ou marque de smartphone. Est ce que le touriste va changer pour payer dans le métro ?

    Les amis j'adore le UI de cette application, c'est moderne, simple et fluide. Bien-sûr que vous pouvez faire mieux, surtout pour la page 'Home' elle est trop chargée !! Le souci que j'ai maintenant s'agit de la lecture de ma carte Navigo pour valider avec mon téléphone. Alors j'ai un Oneplus 6T avec Android 9 et la dernière génération NFC, or j'arrive pas à installer la fonctionnalité de Validation par NFC (Téléphone incompatible ! Sérieux !). Ça sera tout lol Merci en tout cas, courage les amis

    Très déçu que l'application ne soit pas compatible avec les OnePlus 6. J'aimerais comprendre en quoi la communication avec la carte SIM est essentielle pour votre app. A Toulouse, je peux utiliser mon téléphone pour valider les transports en communs, payer en sans contact avec l'appli de ma banque ou Google Pay. C'est vraiment décevant ! :(

    Problème de choix de mot de passe, problème de changement de mdp, problème d'import de photo, problème de nfc... bref aucune confiance dans votre app. EDIT : c'est bien ce que je craignais, une fois acheté le pass navigo mensuel sur mon tel (Huawei mate 8 et sim orange), j'active le NFC, résultat : ça ne passe pas sur les bornes ce matin. J'aurais du m'y attendre mais je me suis fait avoir comme un bleu, je vais devoir aller au service client ou un point d'accueil.* et perdre du temps.

    Le trajet d'un bus qui coupe les rues et traverse les bâtiments... je n'ai jamais vu ça : Mesdames et Messieurs les cartographes, bravo. Par ailleurs l'horaire des bus de la Ratp n'est pas fiable du tout. Enfin pour conclure, leur fonction d'achat de tickets ne marche même pas : ça fait bugger l'application.
