I had problems at the beginning with it remembering my payment info but since that has been fixed it works great. However my Samsung note8 needs to be replaced and new Samsung phones don't have magnetic secure transmission feature. Has anyone used latest Samsung galaxy with this app?

On play store the app is named vianavigo but on the phone you can't find it with that name... It's named IDF mobility... This is teally confusing! The app also isn't compatible with OnePlus 7 for buying tickets. Still waiting for this feature.

j'ai renoncé à essayer de faire fonctionner votre application. Peut-être que cela fonctionne sur les iPhones, mais cela ne fonctionnera pas sur les nombreux téléphones Android que j'ai achetés et essayés. J'espère que mon pass Navigo continuera à fonctionner comme avant. Je pense que votre application est une bonne idée qui a besoin de peaufiner avant d'être prêt pour le "Prime Time". Samsungs are compatible??! OK, so far I've tried Samsungs Galaxy S6, Galaxy S7, J5 Prime, and Galaxy A51, So far none of them work. All but the J5 Prime have NFC. I've also tried a Motorola 5g, a One+ 7t, and a Google Pixel 3. I can't afford to keep buying phones. You need to fix this app. I notice that in the iPhone app store, people are not having these problems. You should just say it's for iPhones only.

The app is called VIA NAVIGO, on the phone it shows IDF mobility.. impossible to find on phone as you keep looking for VIA NAVIGO. why not call the app NAVIGO? And make it searchable? I'm sure the usage will go up if you do that

It is a scam app. This 1 September, I used their app to recharge my navigo pass. Everything was good untill I paid 75.20 euros. After that when I wanted to load my card with ticket I just paid for, their app shows error and after that there is no trace of my bought ticket. I did receive a confirmation receipt from them. I sent them the confirmation and now they are saying they will not reimbursing my money. They are just thief. It's a scam. Never use this app.

Okay, in the end the application is really useful, and exist in English too. The surface is logically built, and even cityscoot is inside. Complex, logical. 😊 The one minus is because the huge mess in the beginning, that was really bad.
