I've had this app for several months now and this rating is probably pretty accurate. I have 2 items and it constantly loses 1 or, more likely, both of them which means I have to delete what I've set up then set it up again. I will say that the purchasing aspect of it is flawless, but if you're not planning to load your house their products and are planning to control your devices using this app you might want to rethink that, because in my experiences it has been completely unreliable.

Was an easy to use app to control lights and devices by timer. A couple months ago, the timers were removed and what once was a push of a couple buttons turned into having to go through multiple steps each and every time. Went from being a great app and products to a constant inconvenience. The response was basically: We will let you know if we change it. Edit: they just screwed the timers up even more. STOP MESSING THIS APP UP! 😠😠😠

Edit: thank you vesync for responding. Originally rated 2 stars (see below) but upping after developer improvements. Original: Had to get this app for my Etekcity scale. I liked it well enough at first, but it's become pretty spammy. First, the banner ad at the top pops up intrusively. Now, they're sending me ads through email and notifications. Easy enough to turn both off, but spammy! Boo!!

Very useful device and app, cute pictures of products added with the recent version. There are still issues with liquids, like milk and olive oil - calories are shown per as if for 100g, but for example, goat milk, these calories are based on 240ml, not 100g. Also, when you scan an item the app's calories can sometimes be different from what says on the package. Who's right? I wish there was a way of calculating calories etc. for 100g of a meal I prepared and added to My meals. Great potential!

Best. I love the "custom cook" feature that can combine preset, very high end features. Too bad, can't use it in "create recipe" "Cook this dish" + "create recipe" allow user to preset cooking time, temp n Preheat automatically without the need to select function, time n temp everytime. I like that u can add a pic of ur recipe. No video. Cons: It's so easy to lose recipe in the middle of writing it. Weird n random size crop of your food pic. More video, spec n pic of the products on Amazon

I'm trying to understand the purpose of the app if you can't do the things you want. Like If I tap cook it won't cook until I press the button on the machine.... I mean seriously what the heck even is that.... And I tried connecting it with Google home but nothing happens.

The app force feeds ads to your phones notifications. As far as I'm aware, this app is the only way to take advantage of my air filter, and to receive maintenance notifications, I must also recommend advertising? What else is this app doing behind the scenes?

I love that this app measures three types of fat, not just body fat, but also visceral fat and subcutaneous fat. I also love that it measures 13 different body measurements and tells you where you fall on the normal Spectrum

Just got my core 200s yesterday and the app was working great up until like 5 hours of use. Now it takes a few seconds for the device to do what I press in app and most of the time it just gives me an error saying something like request timed out. Would give 5 stars if app was working fast and responsive again.
