    This app is great! The exercises worked well. I used to be able to jump only 7.52 inches, but after one month, I can now jump 11.417 inches! But I only have one suggestion, it would actually be nice if you had a voice guide to help you out when exercising.

    This was awesome! I increased my Jump Higher! I dont really know my Before and After measure... But, i did realize that this Helped me in playing Volleyball! So this is why i gave ur app 5/5 Stars. Im looking forward for your other training apps, but i do wish you upgrade your app! This app is awesomely Cool!!!!

    I like the concept but it is just basic and to simple.it doesn't give u rest time or how many reps you need to perform just runs times. And I also doesn't show u how to do each exercise or good stretches.

    Very basic app, with bad graphics, no explanation of excercises, no pause. Didnt say what you needed for excercises. No reps just runs a timer.
