Verbling as a service is ok. The app is not. I have had to uninstall it so many times to make this thing work because it crashes so many times. Might as well as use the website as there are no advantages of using the app anyway.

Verbling itself, the website and whole concept, is great. With the app however, I cannot send a picture via the chat. And the app is generally slow. Computer browser works perfect, and it's anyway better to use verbling at the computer browser

So many things do not work. Back button is broken on so many screens Even the lessons count in "My teachers" section is showing 0 for all.

Crashes everytime I try to open my vocabulary flash cards.

Unprofessional, arrogant, rude support. If you have problem with support person (only one right now there Milena) you are not able to get additional support because they don't have anyone above. Poorly organisation, they refound only part of my payment and although they didn't support or fixed my problems they still kept their fee, so they still get salary for doing nothing but insulting client.
