Easy to follow for beginners and produce practical results

There is no guess work. If you want to lose the weight just follow the plan. I have had to modify some exercises due to physical limitations but still great app.

Only been using this app for 2 days. But, so far so good. Doesn't crash ads aren't crazy. Haven't used the meal plan but I like that it's there.

Good job done, this is a very nice app will highly recommend and also de masculine audio voice is very very good. I started not too long ago but I can feel de effect within my body.... Big ups

Nice to have the diet plan and it has healthy food but, my issue with it is that you end up eating the exact same things over and over so it's totally boring and hard to stick with. Also there is no way to convert the measurements in the app from the metric system. And no way to tick off each meal or day, it ticks off the days automatically. For a free app it's OK but not nice for more than a week of use.

This app is one of the best apps for losing weight. You really do lose weight and it even gives you a diet plan for you to eat which is very helpful as I always need a diet for my work out routines. One thing that I would like them to do is set an approximate timing for when to eat our meals as this would be really helpful.

Hmm, it is a good program in that it is easy to follow with everyday tasks...but what I have noticed is that there is no diet difference for men and women...though men need more calories and the exercices tend to get hard very quickly...not so easy to do when you're not in shape

it really hard to keep track of my progress when I have to convert my weight from lbs to kg and height to ft to cm. there should a converter on there. the food becomes boring eating the same thing over and over , like the workout though.

Great free program with all the tools you need to exercise and eat right. I really like the daily exercise programs and the weekly product shopping list for meal planning.

I lost a total of 14 lbs while doing these workouts, along with additional cardio (walking, mostly). I didn't follow the meal plans, but I did monitor my calories and ate mostly healthy. Some of the exercises were too challenging for me, so I made my own modifications when necessary. Overall, the app played an important role in my weight loss so far. I'm going for round 2!

It's good for a girl or a boy to exercise regularly and it's so good that we lose our weight daily my sister also do exercise with me and she say that it is so good she is only in junior KG and she eat I eat that diet food and she also eat that would also and just saying it is so nice I think this app is so good I gave it 5 star๐Ÿ˜˜๐Ÿ˜˜๐Ÿ˜˜๐Ÿ™†โ˜บ๐Ÿ˜ƒ๐Ÿ˜Š

Promising app but needs some refinement to go from ok to v good. I am roadtesting around 100 health/fitness apps on my way to fitness and weight loss. Pros - compared to others that are repetitive, I find that the day to day variety of exercises is good; higher reps in each set gets you working; I like the one-two voice counter although a running total (say every 5 reps) would be a good addition. Cons - the voice counter doesn't always tally with the rep counter, quite a few exercises for example seem to have 16 or 17 counts for a 15 rep set; exercises aren't always repeated both left and right (and they should be of course to balance your muscle work); could be difficult for beginners, how many beginners do you think could do 15 side planks with elbow/hand touches?; acclimatisation - using the previous example of side planks, these are not the easiest to master and if you've never done any before just immediately being launched into 15 reps might need a graded introduction (5-7 day 1/10 day 3/15 day 5 for example); only metric, no imperial settings; slow rep counts may not suit everyone (different exercises benefit from slower/longer 'hold times'); can't vary the rest time.

Liked most things about the app but for anyone with balance issues the risk of injuries is pretty high. And day 24 (I think) showed up with exercises never seen previously nor after and were even more likely to cause injuries. Noticeable results but definitely not for everyone.

i been using this app for 2 years now. i uninstall it once or twice so i can get more space for other app but keep coming back to this apps because i can see the results within months. eventho it seems like this exercise burn less calories but it work really fast on toning my body, especially my back and leg. great apps !

I wish there was an option asking if there is any parts of the body you can't exercise now and I would select knees I can't bend them properly so i can't do lunges forward or wall sits until I lose a bit of weight that's why I only gave it a starts but I know its good for other people not as heavy.

So great diet plan ,I like the structure especially with giving weekly product list too so you can prepare in advance ,not so happy with the workouts,I feel like we should be able to select duration and intensity because those seem too easy

I like the exercises and how achievable they are from the start. My only problem would be that the app doesn't say your done at the end of the excersises, it just stops.

It's a great app. Sometimes i just didn't feel up for working out after a busy day but thanks to this program, i have those little 10 minutes of light sport everyday. Try it, you'll feel the effects!

Best app I ever used it helped me go from 44.10 to43.0 in a few hours (I did multiple days in one real day but then if you use that plan it still paid off I just wanted to go faster)

I realy lost weight using the app, the exercises are simple and easy, diffrent execises everyday so not monotonous and boring. THE FIRTST 30 DAY CHALLANGE THAT IVE COMPLETED THAT WORKS! But what do we do when we reached the 30 days? Is there a continueation app?

the exercises are interesting but there is no sound i do not know if its only on my phone, so you have to constantly keep checking the count down

Lousy app! We live in the USA and it asked d for measurements I don't use and recognize. This app is being deleted IMMEDIATELY!!!

Can't get started the app will not allow using American measurement qualities. Can't use pounds and inches.
