Just an app to make you download other apps. All of these should be gathered on just one application but that's how the government works, because it's the same on computer, you have to use 4 different ways to log in taking you to 4 different pages instead of being direct to he point. With all these different ways to log in there are a lot of problems and you end up not being able to get anywhere and frustrated. On pc is the same.

App sucks......the only app that works is the VA Refill app. This Launch app doesn't even get me there, I have to use the apps separately. This is stupid, there's no reason all the sites, help, health, rx, we need cannot be accessed by 1 application. Separating them like this just makes it harder.

It shouldn't have been released or advertised as is. Anyone that can download an app can already do what it already does: it bookmarks useful pages. If I could log in and do all of the mobile options from MyHealtheVet it'd be great, if it didn't just point to apps that don't even exist (chat, Annie, etc.) then it'd be useful. It is, therefore, not useful. Who at the VA is getting conned into paying for this?

it is useful in that it consolidates the various links for the VA in one place, but it really isn't anything more than that; it doesn't add more functionality than just independently visiting the links in your browser. When clicked, those links just open in a browser. The VA needs to modernize and streamline its disparate structure and employ developers to create more immersive native apps, like myChart.

The app crashes every time I try to use it and installed adds that pop up over the top of messages and others apps and each time you unlock the phone. These adds are draining my battery and making my phone hot. Uninstalling the app does not remove the adds and there does not appear to be a way to remove them. I had to do a factory reset to remove the veterans adds and then reinstall the few apps I do want to use.

If only all the apps themselves worked. I selected VA Refill, Sync My Health and both have issues. In the case of Sync My Health - it's only for invited users. How annoying - a useful tool anyone might want to have and it's not well advertised as unavailable. The VA Refill appears to not work at all for me. I'm using Android v9, Note 8 and very tech savvy. I really like the concept of this app. Just hate being teased by apps I want and then finding out not available or does not work.

This app is just a site redirector. Everything init redirects you to the website equivalent. Worst of all, it's pretty broken this time and most of the redirects send you to wrong or blank sites (if the link action even works). Poor design and function leave little hope for an actually for functional tool to navigate the VA Health System any time soon.

It is technically an app, but so is the email and browser I already have and know how to use. I did not need another app to take me into those apps. In fact, the only reason I installed this was the hope that I would have a more direct way to use secure messaging. This only adds one more layer.

There is nothing wrong with this app at all. Yes it is only a directory why does that bother people. It saves from searching the web. Your getting basically free medical for life and get some of best care available. I know people paying $2000 @ month that would be ecstatic to only have to press a few more keys. Unbelievable reactions. Try signing up for Obama Care and see what that cost a month and the hoops you have to jump through for that. 🙄 If you have a bad medical history your denied. 😫

Worst app ever. Refers to apps via web browsers but not within app. Might as well have it all built in instead of having to refer to other apps. VA video chat is not even built in let alone there is no android app. Says click for android to download then redirects you to another link saying you can do it in browser. Apple has a app but not android users. It's made complicated and not easy for veterans. I doubt if the VA cares to listen us Veterans.
