It was working just fine before and now all of a sudden they have decided to add an ad when you open the app. That's really inconvenient when you are worried there is someone in the house or u need to check a sound you might have heard and instead of getting to the camera view right away you have to sit thru an ad. Go back to the way it was previously.

Absolute gutter rubbish! I absolutely hate the new updated version. If you're looking at one camera and you go back or try to switch to the other camera, both cameras are gone. You have to close the app and reopen it to see your cameras. And tha ads? Who wants asd when you're trying to secure your home and property? The one star I gave was just because I HAVE to rate you something. Actually, it's ➖⭐⭐⭐

After update you add advertisement, but app was ruined and does not work like before update! After starting app and during connecting camera app turns off before showing picture. Sometimes that is happen several times consecutively! Second issue is trying to play recorded video! It is frustrating because recorded video blocked after few seconds during playback! You just can not normally watched recorded video! REPAIR THIS PROBLEMS WITH NEW UPDATE!!!

1. The cameras keep resetting their limits so that they don't turn where they should (software issue). 2. The preset areas also reset so that they are not where they should be. 3. The motion detection is so hypersensitive that it cannot be used. (The motion tracking is the same). 4. The sound stacks together when it records so that the sound and audio do not line up. 5. Now they have just added ads to the opening of the app so that I have to wait 5 seconds to see the cameras! No way, terrible.

After at least 2/3 times I have made some contact with the developer no sign of an actual implementation of the possibility to TURN OFF the INFRARED lights at will, instead of being automatic. When you install this camera inside looking outside through a window glass during night you get a blurred reflection and no way to see out the street lights etc. Btw what's the necessity of having always that 1080p tag in the upper left angle of the picture? Better without GIVE THE IR-OFF OPTION PLEASE!

The cam is getting slower. And video isn't real time. There's a delay. 👎👎👎 And also when i first bought the cam the sd card is working fine. But now.upon checking the sd card isn't working properly. You paid for the cam and i guess they also want customer to use their claud storage which sucks. I regret buying the cam. Coz the app of the cam really sucks

Easy to use. I had an issue with the device though. One worked very well and the other not at all. I think they sent me a returned product and I was unable to return it as I trusted it would work and threw out the packaging. In comparison to another device and app Tapo, this one Keeps logging off. Its been very useful to watch over my dad from anywhere in the world. When I use the speaker though I am unable to hear the response of the attendant

2days ago the app updated. I've reset phone allowed notifications for it. On the home screen put all my details in. Passwords etc. The next bottom it won't allow me to click on it. So now I can't use the app.😡 I've done all the trouble shooting issues online. Still 2 days later can't log on. Still waiting waiting reply from v380protechnical team😡

GARBAGE! Absolute GARBAGE! Constantly buffers or says it's offline. I'm in a situation where I don't have a lot of money, but have a serious NEED to be able to see what is going on! DO NOT BUY, WILL NOT WORK PAST A COUPLE DAYS! IF YOU WANT TO THROW MONEY AWAY, THROW IT MY WAY FOR A REAL CAMERA! Cheap Chinese TRASH!

It keeps asking to subscribe to the claud. Now, after the last update, an add appears as soon as you open the camera app and you have to wait 5 seconds before you open the camera to check images, it wasn't there before, that's annoying because if the camera sensor detect an intruder and send an alarm to your phone, the last thing you want to see is an add insted of the images of the intruder. Save money and time and buy a Tapo camera with the tapo or Alexa app, no add and no time wasting.
