Remote lock/unlock and other commands just don't work. The app always says No response to any remote command. I don't see any easy way to troubleshoot or even contact someone to discuss my issue. How is this a connected car if no remote commands are respcted? It's undoubtedly a great car but the team managing this uvo app should be ashamed of themselves!!

Hardly works. One in 15 requests get positive response, takes 20 seconds to action a command or get a negative response back. Always tried using it when next to the car and ensuring the car's signal is good/full.

Though the doors are locked through remote, the app keep on sending doors are not locked notifications, initially it worried me a lot and then I got to know that app is rubbish and useless. App commands are not working most of the times. It looks like app is incomplete and published over the store wirhout testing it thouroughly. Must collect the users feedback, reach out if you want to discuss software developer's feedback on the app!

The app features are good but unfortunately doesn't work when you need it the most. Error messages are not very intuitive and just ask you to call the call center, who see the same messages that you see. Data communication is slow and sequential.

uvo@kiaindia I think you guys need to update the software or should come up with better app idea. Nor the lock unlock feature works nor it shows the correct monitoring of car neither you can track. There are soo many glitch. Please look into the matter and ask your software team to improvise the glitches.

Why is there a discrepancy in the distance traveled and time in vehicle being showed in My Trip and VHR for any month. Moreover, My Trip should show the travel data for a date when selected, and not just the travel routes of that particular day.

App has good features but response is time taking and connection system is very bad. Lag in response. However almost 2 year goiito be passed but no system improvement is being done by KIA.

Bad Connected car app. Its not showing vehicle health report info. since Jan 2021. I purchased vehicle in Oct 2020. It showed only till Dec 2020. Also location information in trips is too much inaccurate. Needs lot of improvement to track real time data.

Very slow response from the app. Everytime I check the status of the car it just gets lost in getting the data from server... Many drive details are missing from its record. Engineers at kia has improve the response time.

Well planned app but it takes more time to load and sometimes in my trips location are getting roung some times it shows in Delhi and everything is good buy should update little bit more in location part
