- Very. slow. to process commands; - Can not configure heated/cooled seats with command start; - Does not show status or send alerts for opened windows/sunroof; - Nuisance alerts that my doors are unlocked while I'm still at my vehicle; Can't adjust the timing of alerts; and -No in app review/surveys to provide user feedback. For what they're asking in terms of subscription fees, I absolutely would not consider renewing in its current state.

What an annoying app! When 5 years of free service is over, it is definitely not worth paying for it. Each little communication with the car and/or with Kia's server takes 30+ sec! Make it consumer friendly and intuitive PLEASE!

System makes u enter a pin even to turn a/c. Can't adjust a/c while it is turned on. Can't adjust fan setting. Software email constantly says doors are unlocked even though they r locked. July 31....downgraded to 2 stars....turned off all notification flags, but still get email that doors r unlocked. Reduced to 1 star.....can't turn off email notification about unlocked doors. Only valuable part app is ability to remotely check charging status. Definitely not worth paying for.

Trash app. Hasn't worked properly since day 1, and is horrendously laggy.

The app ceases to work forcing an immediate update (no warning), when i am away from home, and not near cost effective WIFI. As well, the upgrade is too large for my phone, and now I need to delete other programs off my phone for the upgrade. It was fully operational until they tried to improve the product. Perhaps the developers could consider these challenges before making the upgrade immediately manditory.
