Very bad experience! I generally don't write any kind of reviews (good or bad). But this forced me to write a low star review. After upgrading to pro, the screen is forever stuch at "congratulations, your membership is activated" uninstalled and installed several times. Also tried to approach for help via chat. But couldn't see the chat replies too as the app is stuck at this page. Basically wasted my money. Also,there is not much traction/new students you could get from here from my experience

This was my review previously: I love the simplicity yet genuinity of the process to find business. It is now changed to a horrible system. Very unfair and extracting money from tutors and penalizing tutors for every small n big problems. Even for students it is expensive now and we cannot get any business due to High fee in small amounts also. Students are frustrated with no way to contact tutor directly. Refund policies are very very unfair and one way forceful rules. Horrible changes

Every feature is quite satisfactory. But I have objection to certain issues. 1) 50 Coins should not be deducted unless I am able to convert an enquiry into a regular class. 2) I should be compensated by bonus coins for my time is wasted, in the process of waiting in a demo class, without any prior intimidation by the student if they miss demo classes. 3) If a students parent forcefully shares their phone number with me I cannot be penalized for it. I have not shared my number with them.

This app allows anyone without proper verification for enquiries and as tutor I spent my money on those invalid students and also they won't return back the coins spent on those invalid students. And they will say only 25% be refunded which is completely insane. They won't even return 25% after few enquiries. This is a scam they are doing. Worst app for tutors get students

There has been so many bogus queries. I spent 160 coins for no reasons. I raised the issue by putting the query in invalid query but still I have got back my coins. This way, we will loose entire coins and won't have any student to teach

Very useless app firstly it takes payment only and after that does not give any student's contact....... I wasted my money here😡😡😡 Now I used this app for second time and it is more pathetic than previous.... So bad worst experience with this again

Very disappointing..after updating the app ,urban pro launched new system for free demos for finding students,,and payment methods also are problamatic...I am long term user of this app,but now I am getting disappointed

I recharge my account befor 1 day.. it still showing upgrade ur account.. sending mail to their mail id but no response.. also not refund my money.. no call back, no issue resolved by their team.. always i face same issue.. waist of money app.. no any solution given by your team. One of your team member said me with in 48 hour u receive ur money. But after 48 hour they mail me contact your bank.. and bank exicutive only raise complaint.. this is very pathetic..

Worst app for finding classes, you don't even get to chat with a person without spending so much coins, and if the teacher is having a query, the supporting staff don't respond at all, and more than half of the students don't respond and skip the demos which leads to the deduction of our coins as well, which is srsly annoying, I just wasted my time sitting there and spending so much money again and again ,telling this from experience, trust me, don't spend your money in this, it sucks . PERIOD .
