2 Stars because I actually like the app but it like pulling teeth to get the rewards. I have completed enough surveys to claim 2 redemptions 1/23 for $25 and more recently for $31. I got the 2nd one for $ 31 relatively quickly, other site out there that a far better for quick payments, but I have yet to get any info on what happened to the 1st one for $25. I've sent 2 request a week apart and this is after their 24 day hold on your first redemption, but have yet to hear peep. Wait and see.

This app contains conflicting and hidden information. One section stated I could redeem after earning 1000 points. After earning 1000 points I tried to redeem. Nope. I dug through the forum and found I needed 2500 points. I earned 2500 points and I'm now told I have to wait 24 DAYS to redeem as my account is new and under review. I'm all for due diligence, but I've never had to wait anywhere close to 24 days to cash out from a survey site. My rating may change in 24 days pending payout.

These is an app that will just waste your time..when I open my other app there is always a pop up saying that I have new task then when I open the apps it says that there's no matched survey for me..then why showing a pop up on my screen that there's a new task..you just made my day bad..will you please make your service be best not worse..

American expat living in France could not get surveys in English. Although I speak French it would be nice to have taken surveys that I could understand completely in my native tongue. When I try to contact the tech Department regarding this issue they Shrugged it off like oh well you signed up in France... too bad.

Tried registering... after typing in all my info get an error message saying something's wrong with sending it.. probably just a scam to get your information and not really a survey app... Beware!!!

How come j have to wait 30 days for my profile to get verified before I can cash out to?? Is this a joke or something.. Is there any faster way I can redeem my points??? I'm a little disappointed to be honest.. Thank You if you can fix for me or Take that 30 days off and Let the cash out be fast not slow.. Can you do that for us your supporters?

Bad app don't waste your time. I downloaded this app after seen a video through YouTube but it's very disappointed.. Spin wheel never give you point all the time it will show better luck next time.. And survey if you complete the survey than also they will not give you proper points... U will get only 2 or 3 points while you consume 15/20 minute to complete the survey... While they will tell you to give 40/50 points as per me its not worth... U cannot withdrawn the money until it's 1000 points

Wow.!! I received my first reward of $25 today.! Its was a great surprise for me.! After reading all the reviews here i thought i could not get my reward as somany reviews are negative. Now its proved that this survey site is paying though its take more than a week to verify/clarify. I am really grateful to Univox team for their kind support and so on in future.
