The Informed Delivery® application allows you to interact with your incoming mail and packages in one convenient location. Digitally preview your household’s letter-sized mailpieces and receive USPS Tracking® updates for incoming packages directly from the app:

• Verify your identity to ensure you have access to your secure dashboard

• Digitally preview grayscale images of the exterior, address side of their household’s letter-sized mailpieces scheduled to arrive soon.

• Report missing mailpieces, and in some cases, interact with mailer-provided digital content associated with mailpiece images (e.g., special offers, related links).

• Schedule emails and/or text-based alerts to track the delivery status of your incoming packages.

• Scan the barcode on shipping labels with a mobile device’s camera to store the label number and track its status.

• Leave delivery instructions for incoming packages and schedule a redelivery.

    Its cool. I like being able to see my mail. It serves its purpose. My only gripe is- why not just add this to the regular app? Every other option in the app takes you to the other app or online anyways, so why have this? The constant redirects is why I didnt give 5 stars. Because it's very annoying and you gotta log into another app , run another app. It's just pointless to just not have this all in one app. It would be so much cooler and smoother and less of a hassle

    It randomly logged me out last week and I haven't been able to log back in since. I can log in fine on my browser, but when I try to log into the app it says "unable to complete the request" Edit: I saw in another review that someone said they were able to get back in once they cleared the cashe/data of that app. I tried that and finally got past the first message, but after I enter the code that was sent to me the screen just sits on the login screen, loading.

    It was great when it still worked. I could see 90% of my parcels and envelope mail in a couple taps. However the app has quit working for me since last week and I am sad. The site still lets me log in as normal but it's a pain in the butt to have to pull it up every time and log in. Please fix your app!

    When the app worked, I loved it. For the last few months I have been unable to log in via the app. I have tried uninstalling and reinstalling, but that does not fix the issue-- I still receive "Unable to complete request" every time. I can (and do) log in via the web portal, so I know the username and password I am entering are correct. The problem is with the app, it is unusable in its current form.

    I've been using this app for several years now all of a sudden I'm unable to log into it. I can go to informed delivery online and everything works great just cannot log onto the app even after uninstalling and reinstalling it! This app needs help! Just got off the chat with USPS and they said there are definite problems with the app.

    This APP. is the answer to knowing almost every detail regarding what's coming to your mailbox or otherwise. Yeah! You can set the appropriate place for the postal worker to place your packages man! I love it!!! If you're one who receives parcel on a regular basis and wish to know of it's whereabouts, Informed Delivery has got you covered my friends! PEACE - MARK C. STEELE

    02/21/2020 Still not able to log into informed delivery. It's a "work sometimes" app, at least since I've had it on my phone at least once per month I've had to uninstall and reinstall the app to allow it to work. This time today the app won't let me log in. I have checked and changed my password a few time and till no luck in signing in. Guess the last update didn't help...

    Liked the app when it was working but I am unable to sign in now. Have been getting an "Unable to complete the request" error for some time now. Ditto for the computer (Windows 10) app. Website works but is inconvenient on a mobile device. Hope it is fixed. *EDIT* Uninstall / reinstall didn't work but clearing storage/cache seemed to make it work again.

    I have used Informed delivery for a few years with no problem...however lately, even after the bug fix, I am unable to sign on...I just get a message saying "unable to complete the request"...I have even tried uninstalling and reinstalling the app, with no success...very frustrated!

    Was a great app now I can't log in because it won't send me the verification text. Been trying for days now. I know it's not my log in because it works just fine on the USPS site but not on this app . It use to be one click now it's a few . What's the deal . Not happy with the new update . Please fix this issue 12/ 22/19 still can not get the verification code to my phone number to sign into this app. This is crazy. And to top it off their resolution to the problem is to sign in on the other app

    "Unable to complete request." Cant log in, unusable. Clearing cashe and unistall/reinstall does nothing. Even after updating it doesn't work, so I don't know what the update patches are for since that is a pretty major glitch... but you can always view the information in a web browser, so its not like signing up isn't worth it. Just don't bother with the app.

    The stability of this app is awful. It'd be really nice it it was stable enough that I didn't have to force stop, clear data, clear cache, and reverify my phone every couple of weeks. While I want to give it 4-5 stars for the fact that I can see what's in my mailbox each day, I have to deduct stars for the effort USPS has put into this product.

    *edit: 2020-01-13* Came back and found other reviewers with a solution (clear cache & restart app). I cleared the storage too, because there was nothing to lose if I was essentially resetting the entire login. It worked, but it would have been nice to have them reply to reviews citing the issue... *Original Review* It used to work...for the past few weeks (or more?) I haven't been able to log on to the app, but can get through using the USPS app, so I know it isn't a username/password issue

    It works great most of the time. Just recently I experienced issues with the app. In the middle of January I was kicked out my account. I had to use my background questions to retrieve a new passcode to log back in. Today it wont even allow me access through the account log in page, because its stuck on that page. It shows its trying to go through but it doesnt.

    Horrible & unusable. I am not able to log into my account anymore. I keep getting a message saying "Unable to complete the request". I've tried everything from uninstalling & reinstalling the app, resetting my password multiple time & even verifying my address again. I've even tried just creating a brand new account & nothing works. Also it's absolutely impossible to find any assistance to help figure out how to fix the problem. The informed delivery service is great but the app for it sucks.
