This app does NOT work well on your PC (pc version) when u get a call from some other Rogers cell phone users it kills your softphone. It will render ALL softphone user's app (PC version) in your organization unresponsive in your ENTIRE business. Stay away, far away from Roger Softphone app on PC.. Rogers and their 3rd party developer (Cisco) are unable to solve the problem.

App is not working correctly, cannot log in most of the time and it randomly logs me out when I get access. Like other users mentioned, it sometimes doesn't ring.

Worst App Ever. I am trying to use this for my business but its useless. It never logs in properly and keeps dropping calls. I had to keep resetting my password, for me to login everytime. Tech support is also atrocious as regular Rogers Customer Service has no clue about Unison and connect you to other agents which takes hours. I am being forced to switch to another VOIP App called Unite even though my regular business line and internet are through Rogers! Ridiculous.

Notification methods are not customizable. Rings a billion times a second and zero means of altering it other than just turning it off. Very poor overall. Echoes on speakerphone, as well.

This app is not reliable and buggy. It just sometimes won't ring when receiving inbound calls where I have to completely Uninstall the app and then reinstall it to get it working for awhile. Need a better solution for business phone use!

Calls come through only half the time, then u have to reinstall for it to work. It's been like that for over a year now and still broken.

This app is horrible. Regular phone calls will ring over it, it constantly must be uninstalled and reinstalled, and the interface is horrendous.

I am using a recent S-series Samsung cell phone and the calls cut in and out constantly. Improvements need to be made.
