Does not work on NVidia Shield. When I called support I was told that only Samsung Smart TVs as well as certain boxes from Huawei and Skyworth (ie boxes that are distributed by UniFi themselves) are supported. Was told to download the iPhone or Android app instead. Listen here- I got an Android TV because I kept falling asleep while watching and slamming my phone or tablet onto my face, resulting in pain. I got an Android TV because I want to fall asleep watching TV. I no longer want to use my phone or tablet while watching TV. And the set top box I was provided is half useless, because my TV only have two HDMI ports and putting a HDMI switch add more inconveniences. Just open up the damn app to everyone. It's not like the channels are free, I am charged RM60++ for the channels in my monthly bill anyway. And worst of all you got rid of BabyFirst TV instead of the inferior and useless Baby TV. Very unhappy. Lastly, I'm a Sharp diehard fan. You can plug Samsung all you want. I am never buying Samsung especially with their pro-region-locking practices.

The picture quality are not even HD. Bitrate are so low like what? 1mbps? Worse than the previous stb. The silver box are the best even though it didn't have all this fancy software. There is no guide and mosaic for channels. If it's for a mobile than it's fine, but this is for a tv. Claim to be a 4k stb, the 4k is only for the other apps, this app is not even HD, so much noise and block. Unifi should back using VLAN for this black stb instead of OTT if you are not ready.

Comment as Unifi Plus customer: [Room to Improve] Noticeable lag at some channel, perhaps implement current and next show info (probably by clicking at the center remote button). Comment as Android TV user: [BAD] Should have make this app available for all devices (I was able to install and run it once on Sharp TV. after exiting the app and re-launching it again, there goes your device-not-supported-error message again). Yeah run it means I am able to watch the show.

Unifi TV? Unifi 'LOADING' TV you mean? Few months back when I first uploaded it, everything works just fine. But for the past few weeks, all I can see is the white circle 'loading' icon! And I'm on Unifi 100mbps package! Come on lah TM!

I manage to install UnifiTV in Nvidia Shield Android TV and Mibox4 but when open the app, I got error "Not available in this device" on both devices. Is the devices been blocked to access the content? Do advice further instruction so that I can run the app without error in both devices.

I have this app on my Android TV Sony Bravia. But can't login. It says " Opps! We are in the midst of migrating your account. Sorry for the inconvenience caused". So for now it still cannot be used.

as 300mbps customer, here my comments. 1. would suggest to make a page whereby can list down all the channels. currently, only accessible when press down to select channel. 2. for VOD side, separation between paid VOD and free VOD. rite now, need to guess by open up the selected movie then only able to know either paid version of FOC version. 3. MOST IMPORTANT THINGS; make your apps available for all android box especially Nvidia Shield TV; what's stopping you guys to make it compatible? people already had to paid for your service especially for those who opt for Unifi Box package. make it available for all android box and convenient. Please do consider. if not after finish contract might as well migrate to Maxis Fiber which at RM 200 can get faster speed than current Unifi RM 199/ 300mbps.

Tested the newest release on Sony Android TV, it crashes when loading to the login page, never get a success after many attempts. Come on unifi!!
