Updated review Dec 2018: Convenient app - especially having an e-copy of the insurance card and ability to check EOBs - although missing some key components: can not check benefits/benefit balance, nor access a copy of the policy brochure to check coverage details. The app is also a bit slower than I'd expect. Terrific response from technical support: a representative reached out to address difficulties I had with previous updates and worked with me to resolve the issues.

App has never worked for me, not even once. Uninstalled and installed it several times already, and each time all I ever get is a blank, white screen. I am abusing the one star simply because you can't submit the review with no star rating.

They have misleading and false information on their summary brochure!!! You can try to check the certificate (if you can understand it/find what you need, since it's written in the most confusing way so that you have no idea how much you will spend) or call them to ask how much you are going to spend (but also in that case they don't tell you because they say it depends on how the doctor office bills your visit). Worst experience ever, I wish my school stayed with Blue Cross Blue Shield.

There are some bugs in application like, Drop down menu, ID card view button and for every information it redirects to website then what is use of application ,try to have pdf view or make changes with proper developers and test in different devices.

One of the most poorly made apps I've ever seen. The drop down menu for selecting a provider specialty goes outside the screen, so I can't even see what to select!
