Fruad return policy. What a third class return policy. I am ordered 5 basic mobile. But 1 piece went bad and I wanted to return only one piece when I was going to return they were returning all five pieces in the app put and then a call comes from them that your return has been cancelled and they have not taken my bad mobile return. Udaan is a fruad app and the staff there is illiterate. They can't even recognise a simple mobile beware of such.

The services have become very bad, if you return any item, then it takes a month for pickup, 10 times to apply for approval, when the returnees come for pickup, they do not show the complete product, which would be the returnee. Am.

On external,my parcel was dispatched with new logistics rate which was not reffered any sellers,the new logistics rate was 5 times the old rate . I was charged 10000 rs for just logistics and now they are asking for return charges....FRAUD!!!! I AM ASKING FOR RESOLUTION BUT THEY ARE NOT PAYING ATTENTION EVEN THE HIGHER AUTHORITY OF THE MANAGEMENT

Delivery Service is very bad... Sometimes Delivery Executive cancel the order without calling even customer support experience is worst But the app is good and easy but customer support team should always be supportive

It's been more than a year, using Udaan and I am a happy with it After all the app is too good as it provides everything easily available online but as the competition is increasing in the market I guess udaan should introduce some good scheme's so udaan user don't switch to another platforms.

Bad service.mMany products are broken. I ordered biscuits but 15 biscuits damaged. Damage packet A as many times as ordered. And bad experience with services. First get my 150 rs that past damaged biscuits then do your services well.after long days ordered biscuits again 2 biscuits short. And very 👎experience with delivery man.not have note but very 👎experience with udaan
