Conceptually good. Execution is poor. Many issues 1. Will not update vehicle status, when it does it takes so long it is useless. ie, 17 HOURS since last update even if force refresh. 2. Some settings cannot be used. It will not permit me to enter my phone # for updates. 3. Store works fine. Hmmmm. Note 10+, updated OS. I have rebooted, reset, reinstalled Uconnect. No joy.

I've been trying to get my vehicle data to load since I took delivery on my Jeep on 7/7, to no avail. I tried uninstalling the app a few times, and it didn't work. I contacted Sirius XM Guardian customer support several times to troubleshoot the issue, and they've been unable to solve the problem.

terrible, slow, poorly designed app. you should be able to extend the run time on a remote start, it shouldn't take over a minute to work. It should still show location while driving. why can't you send addresses from the app to the vehicle navigation? Very incomplete app.

Terrible-Never Works, I have TRIED using this app on multiple occasions with FAILURE every time. While the app would be very adventageous in summer here in TX it needs to work. On the last 6-8 attempts when trying to "Start" vehicle so it will cool down it FAILS. Key fob start still very good. Thank goodness this app was FREE with purchase else DO NOT WASTE $$ on yearly subscription.

Worst vehicle connection app ever created. Always fails to load. Very limited vehicle control. Uconnect is literally the only thing I don't like with my new 2021 jeep grand Cherokee 80th anniversary edition. I will be hesitant to purchase another vehicle that uses uconnect. Jeep really dropped the ball on choosing this outdated software. My girlfriend's hyundai has a far superior connectivity software. A hyundai that cost half as much as my jeep has a far better computer system/app. Ridiculous!

So close. But it's a miss. I have used this app for over a year. It has been glitchy at best from day one. I can almost never get my charge status to update. Support told me all I had to do was turn my car on and off. Honestly what's the point. Now this most recent update has basically rendered it a glorified key fob. I can start my car and lock it but I can't see my battery status, charge status, mileage, tire pressure, etc. All of which used to be available to me but now is gone.

What happened to the vehicle odometer reading? Everything was fine for over a year, then suddenly on February 12, 2021 the odometer reading disappeared and there's no way to get it back! February 25, 2021 update; The odometer reading suddenly returned on February 23, 2021. I did not uninstall and reinstall the app, this happened on its own. The June 14, 2021 update (V 3.4.9) removed the odometer, tire pressures, oil monitoring and fuel level from the main page. The only information left is the vehicle health report that only updates once a month if you're lucky, so this app is now completely useless!

Not usable for me bc of bugs. Worked just few times. Mostly experiencing the login issues. Before was asking for a pwd in a death loop. After providing a detailed report to a support with all the steps, screenshots I've been told to report via unconnect button in the car. But it didn't work either at all (was working some time ago). The issue got fixed somehow after a month (I was very surprised). Now I have the same issue with fingerprints. Asking endlessly to provide fingerprints ...

Literally gates built in safety and security features on the car you paid for behind SaaS app paywalls. When it's working and being paid for it's absurdly slow. It also has popup ads you can't turn off for other Mopar shopping apps (full screen). Jeep and SiriusXM should both feel bad for this, and it's turning me off using products from either in the future.

Constant connectivity issues. I get stuck in a login loop most times and can't login. Then when I do get logged into the app I usually get an error that there is a connectivity issue and they are working to restore the service. I'm glad this is a free trial of xm guardian and I'm not paying the crazy monthly fee they want for this broken service.
