Was An Excellent App, now just OK. After the update I have to manually record what I want to watch instead of just catching up from the previous weeks programmes using the search function. This 'catch up' feature was an excellent addition to the app but for some reason they have taken it away. I would of thought the update would have made the app better, not worse. I'm hoping that they reconsider bringing this outstanding feature back, let's hope they see sense and listen to customer feedback.

I've had this app for a year now and generally it was very good. But they've updated the homepage and interface, now its awful to use and ugly. The times on the programmes are hours out and dont refresh so you have no idea what's actually playing. the help centre used to be great you'd contact them with a problem and within a few days youd get a useful reply.. but now you get nothing and I've been trying!! And useful functions are no longer available. We wont be renewing.

Was better before it changed supplier. Now I can't look at the TV guide while a program is playing and also I now have to record a program to watch it, didn't before, and when I go to play it I can't watch it say an hour later, have to wait and also it keeps stopping and going back to the beginning. Customer support has been helpful but can't resolve the issue. I will be looking for something else. Another update app doesn't work. Every week a different issue!!! Seriously!

I have used this app for 1 month, and I can now state that it is EXCEPTIONAL at what it does. I have yet to find a single fault with it! The customer support is the best that I have EVER experienced with app developers. Response time is IMMEDIATE-beyond expectations. One suggestion for Mucho is to add a download feature for a day or two. There are times when one wishes to use it when no Wi-Fi is available. Please, with future updates do NOT mess it up as some app developers are prone to do.

Pretty useless app. Went to sign up but was unable to as the screen kept flipping back to the"Sign in" screen. After many hours partially solving the sign-in problem., I now have the problem of channels stopping after c. 5 minutes. Such a shame. This app had real promise and was worth every penny. If only it had WORKED.

Since the new partnership app does not work consistently. Ive had to uninstall and then reload the App. 2nd time in a week i have had issues with App. I used to recommend this to my friends but now having second thoughts. It's good instead of putting the TV on just watch that also it's a very clear reception but what happens if there is a movie on u can only watch a hour u miss the end of it. The app has changed, no recordings stored, you have to record programmes yourself( if you can find them) bad move, i am in Thailand with a 6 hour time diff, so live tv no use to me, will not be renewing membership unless it goes back to as it was.

Virtually unusable for live streaming. Update 03/09 it remains unusable for live streaming and I have contacted customer support i even have a ticket number but no substantive reply to 10 screenshots of a frozen screen. Even if this app was free it would not be worth the money Update 13/09, after a brief respite return to the same atrocious service. Live service is a joke the later service is a lottery whether you get the correct programme or the whole of it.

Now its back. Before black screen. . Tried it on 4 or 5 occasions on their "free" hour but all i got was a black screen. Tried reinstalling but nothing. A few days later. Tried reinstalling again, at first dark screen and then message saying no internet connexion before going back to dark screen. ( Having just down loaded app using internet). This App is amazing. I was using a few other apps to watch Uk live tv channels. The results were quite unpredictable. Sometimes the programs would play intermitantly. The channles would buffer and itbwas just frustrating. TVMUCHO is excellent. It has a great interface including a tv guide and PVR features. The quality of the service is supurb and the pricing is quite reasonable.

I don't know what it is about British TV shows, particularly their Detective series, old and new, which I love and binge watch, I just enjoy their TV programs much more than their American counterparts. Brilliant! This costs less than the VPN service I was using for all the different apps. Now no VPN required and all the channels are in the same place. Great 7 day TV guide, 7 day catch up and live TV. Just need to clear the app cache occassionally and works great. Nice straightforward UI. Love it! We live in Bulgaria so it's wonderful to be able to watch British TV and great value for money. Been using it without issues for a year now.

Only tried it briefly and it looks like a nice app. You get one hour per day free, but if you want more you have to pay, and I felt it was rather expensive for what are freeview channels in the UK. I guess if you live abroad it might be an attractive option, but I think I will wait for the official freeview android app which is due this year apparently.

Really enjoying this app for watching UK tele and the quality of service is a cut above. I've been using it close to 10 months now. Stutter free HD streaming with catch up. The new user interface is much easier to navigate. If there was one glitch, I'd say the initial loading (connecting to satellites) take a bit of time. Once past that, watching content is a breeze. Since updating the software on /1/2019 app keeps on freezing on all channels and audio out of sync. Re-lnstalled the app with negative results. Will cancel subscribtion when renewal is due. My internet speed as confirmed by my ISP is above 90 Mbits/sec but using the app speed test is at 6 Mbits/sec.. Kodi works perfect on my android box and other APIs. Not happy with their reply.

Seems good, except for working out how to close the app down initially is extremely frustrating, not obvious or intuitive. Eventually worked it out after getting pretty annoyed with it, had to turn the device off to get it to shut up, but it still came back. Still recommend it though, explicit instructions or an obvious button would help when tapping the screen to get the OS home icon up is disabled by default.

Despite other reviewers stating the app freezes after using for a while i have experienced nothing of the sort. I am using in Croatia and have a 20mb + connection and i have absolutely no problems and have watched hours of British Tv. My only issue is the cluttered channel selection, i personally think the developers could take inspiration from other online tv apps for a more user friendly interface. I love this app, i have been subscribed for over a year and use almost every day.

worked for 1 hour. can't open the app again. I sent a message with some questions before I would sign up and give payment details but no reply. I did sign up with my email address and was trying to get the free trial but it kept giving error messages I did manage to watch for one hour. About 15 minutes of that were commercials and the timer kept counting down when I had to turn the show off so I think my one free hour gave about 15 minutes of viewing time.

Used to work really well but suddenly 2 days ago it started buffering every 15 seconds. I asked TVMucho for help and all they could come up with was to uninstall and reinstall, clear cache etc. They then suggested my box wasn't quick enough... it's an H96 Max X2 which has always run TVMucho with no problem. I then plugged in my old box which also ran TVMucho with no problem and that was buffering exactly the same. My Internet speed varies between 16 & 30 mbps, as it was when TVMucho was good 😡

started off well a couple of years ago. app settings crashes the apk on android so can't change time for the guide. Reported 6 months ago. backing out is a chore going through every channel you've watched before closing. more buffeting issues even on 100mbps fibre optic. response use to be within an hour but now you're lucky IF you get one! basic freeview channels only. you'd better off with an iptv subscription

Uploaded it to my Samsung Note 9, paid for a month, for the UK package. Each live channel is starting strigh away but freezes after few seconds. Waiting to hear from the TV MUCHO service. At present shy away from this app. Will update you soon. Only procrastination by the service department. This app never meant to work. The channels freezes around the clock. I have informed Google and hope that they will remove it from Google play!

Great improvement from when I last used it in March 2018 . With a very low broadband download speed of about 2.1gb I am running two tv's on it . Generally very good and almost no buffering except in peak viewing on a Saturday night but even then not too annoying. Also catchup tv is very useful

Worked for a few minutes OK. Then I returned to use it again and now just get a black screen which needs re-booting the phone to clear it. Reloaded the App twice but the result was the same. This App needs some serious and major reprogramming to get to work. Now uninstalled permanently.

The free hour only applies to local TV. Otherwise you pay €8 per month for 30 channels. There is no explanation of this. Otherwise the app works well, and allows you to cast to your TV.

Finally managed to download the app to my TV. Can not download this to the Amazon Fire Stick - keep seeing posts that the app will be available but when???? Can not side load to the stick because i can not download Google To and also Apps2fire does not exist on the play store so the instructions for side loading are incorrect. Either update the instructions or develop the app for Amazon.

A very good service at a reasonable price. I loaded the app onto my Firestick within seconds and it is just like using Amazon Prime or Netflix and all on a 3Mbps internet connection. Not sure about the bad reviews but I have my suspicions.

Customer service has fallen of a cliff edge! This provider no longer listens or cares about its customers and goes as far as to delete any negative comments placed on its social media pages. Having tried using a couple of VPN apps to watch UK TV overseas with inconsistent results I find TVMucho works really well every time. Equally important and impressive is their customer service who helped solve an initial problem quickly and patiently.

The stream speeds are terrible, you constantly have to reload the stream if you're watching live. Very annoying. And yes I have checked my connection.

had quite a bit of trouble in Greece getting my programmes last year. I'll be going again this year may until September a lot of buffering and stopping, was unable to watch anything all the way through due to some error. Hopefully it will be better this year. Its just abroad brilliant in England

Maybe worth a $1 a month. Since it's live TV you have luck out and be awake for your program. OK for browsing if you're bored, but not for catching up on your favorite program.

Would give 5 stars, was so impressed but the last 2 weeks buffers and freezes every 20 seconds. Ran a speedtest and running at 50mgps. Just to make sure, i plugged the lan in. Still buffers and unwatchable...shame

It was ok when I first got it but now you get just one hour of tree TV per day and no choice too watch pre shown shows I can't be bothered with it. Unless you plan to pay DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME.

Never pay for tv apps on google playstore because google is constantly deleting them from their store due to bbc licensing and eu streaming laws. Then you are left with an unsupported app with no updates and are open to prosecution.
