TuneTalk app should've set that message to pop out on my phone screen strictly before payment process bcos tbh, I don't know what type of SIM Pack I have signed up for and I'm not going to waste my talktime credits and time to talk to your CS team. And you people didn't even reply all your customer's complaint in here! Going to change telco. Thanks but no thanks.

    plan i can't renew to the new plan. already apply for 4times but still got the same message "only one m6 can be active at any one time" i don't know what function of this apps. its state this plan auto renew but actually its not at all. still trouble everytime i want to renew my plan. can someone help me to solve this situation?!

    coverage I bought a prepaid sim card and I was trying to register. Scanned the barcode for more than 50 times, sometimes it asked me to enter the barcode number manually but still cannot. Finally when it was passed, I filled in the details and did whatever being asked, registration failed. Call the careline the person ended my call. So now I am having a new prepaid card but I cannot use.

    Useless !!!! Can't even log in. Can't even use. Take a damn long time just to check my Internet. I open the apps, wait soooo long, then i sleep. I woke again, still loading. Still don't know why i'm stay with you. I even uninstall and install back. Still same !! No changes. Everytime i want to log in, u said kenot log in. Why ?? What is your problem ???     Getting slower & slower. It used to be good when I first installed it. But now it's forever loading. Also, data validity date not accurate. It says expired on April 2, but suddenly expired today. All my data balance go wasted. Please update the app more frequently.

    The app takes so long to load, top up takes 10 - 15 mins to be effective... By the time I have finished writing this review, the app is still not loaded yet... How poor is TuneTalk's service, planning to switch to another telco now

    I lost RM 100 because i try to sell your product, in a change number sections, i accidentally changed customer old number instead of new sim. But the new sim inserted remain unchanged. Then i had to pay 100 for retrieve my customer's old number. Just because your app, didn't show number from sim.

    Very bad experiance with th apps..after topup my acc then i cant renew my monthly plan after 7pm..must wait untill next morning..the apps just work in day only..when my acc only left 5day before expired i have purchase booster rm10 (B10) but after my acc expired later when i have topup for new monthly plan the booster 10GB before gone for nothing..what a waste for my rm10 booster..

    Apps so slow and it load too long. I've used 2 telco apps before and TT have the worst one. It load more than 15mins just for the main page. Sometimes it just crash and u have to open it again and more waiting.

    What is wrong with your apps? Cant open the apps. I have just topup the credit n cant even subscribe to any plan. This apps is completely rubbish. I waited for 1 hour already for your line to stabilize to renew my plan until i lose my mind. Tunetalk sucks!!!!!!

    You really need to sack your tecnical services guy who mantaining your apps. Useless as he is. When your plan expired at 0001, your apps couldn't handle renewal. Seriously, get him sack immediately. Yours trully, customer since the day tunetalk was born.
