Works on most, but there are Tumblr posts that are locked by the "owner" which won't download. 5 star If this app won't DL a video it's probably the tumblr thought police. There is a workaround. REBLOG the video. Once finished, tap the green bar with your tumblr ID tap the 3 dots and choose copy link. Go to this app and it will probably grab it from your page but do it right away before tumblr's thought police bot blocks it from public view.

Downloader pro review... I paid for the pro version and I am still getting annoying ads! Stop already! What's the use paying for the app to avoid ads and you continue to spam me with ads? If this continues in the next 24hrs I'd like to have a FULL refund. This is ridiculous!

This is the worse app I've ever used. Every click there's a friggin ad and the videos don't download or they download as a pic instead. Useless app.

Works seamlessly, for what it does, unlike most similar apps (which typically barrage the user with ads, pop-up windows, etc.); what it does not allow is choice of download location (which for organizers like me is not ideal): perhaps this becomes an option in future builds?

Honestly great when it works. When it doesn't work(which is often), the file stops downloading and trying to re-download it results in it saying that you already downloaded the file, even when you delete it.

Only downloads most videos about halfway through. Sometimes it's fixed by pausing the download and restarting, but for the rest I'm screwed

I always read critical reviews before deciding whether or not to try out an app. Some users shared their frustration regarding problems. But since I want to be able to download interesting Tumblr videos, I decided to take a chance. Very glad I did. I've had no problems using it. It's intuitive, downloads are fast, and are deposited into a dedicated folder, making them easy to find. And it was well worth the minimal fee to remove ads. My thanks to the developers.

Overall, it sucks. Can change download storage destination. Wont download anything the first 3 or 4 times. Waste of time. I'll give benefit of the doubt and reinstall the app and try again. I always check to make sure apps are up to date and always get the latest version. I could get some videos to download, or so it said. I can't find where it stored them. It wouldn't give any options for storage destination.

WORTHLESS, JUST AS OTHERS HAVE SAID!!!! Tried 3 different download attempts, each on 1 of 3 different 60 second or less videos on Tumblr, and all 3 videos which are clearly on my blog, this app responded with a "Not Found" message. Well, if it won't do as it claims, how did it get 4.6 stars? I gave it 1 star, only because theres no lower rating. Don't waste your time! I wish I'd have heeded the warnings of others. Save yourself the aggrivation. I have one more word.... UNINSTALLING!!!!
