Chat not working, all permissions added. Application very slow. No usable information. The main purpose is chat with reps on place and its not working. Same reps, also not working. Even not informed us at what time our transfer will came. Terrible service of Tui Sweden from Airport to Destination. Only one stewardess was very nice and helpful, oh yes, she was not Swedish, but Finnish, maybe Finns knows how should be the service. ;)

A lot of inaccurate, hard-to-find, or simply lacking information. We have had to spend way too much time trying to get answers for questions that should have been available in the app.
