Horrible app, it's not acceptable how slow it is (30 seconds to load the home page) and it's full of buggy features. The idea is great though, but please hire some good engineers or give the ones you have time to fix this hot mess.

I honestly don't understand how this app has such a high score. Loading times are terrible if you are lucky to get a page to load. Paying immediately is impossible since not a single iDeal bank app gets a correct redirection. What a shame by a massive company like TUI.

Great idea, terrible execution. Loading times are downright atrocious. Half of the time it doesn't want to show information and just shows a refresh notification. If the purpose of this app is to stress you out than you've succeeded.

Contains a lot of useful things, but fails to deliver due to bad development and Tui having exceptionally bad service. A few highlights: - boarding passes can be downloaded and used offline, but this takes multiple tries, and then they are not accepted. - Contact with Tui people works similarly as over phone; slow and intermittent. - app crashes all the time or is stuck in 'loading'.

Exceptionally bad service. This app is advertized as 24/7 contacts with support, in the reality - they don't respond at all (and phone lines are also busy). Also, 2-star hotels are sold as 4-star, and even advertized facilities are not provided.
