Very disappointing at first. Rejects the personal information the Thanachart bank has had on file for over a decade. Can't even get started and I need to transfer money. However, it seems this is due to the shambolic merger of the two banks rather than the app itself. After three visits to the bank I got access to my accounts and the app is not bad at all. A plus is it shows the details of the old Thanachart accounts and account interest rates, a minus is the slightly confusing transfer process between accounts. So far the app has been reliable for me.

A terrible app. Extremely slow compared to apps from rival banks with a poor user interface and frequent crashing. Using this in line at the cashier is slow enough to be embarrassing. I now just transfer my money to another bank rather than use this abomination.
