I really want to like this app, but it keeps sending me rental recommendations based on my search criteria, which is for homes for sale. I can't find a way to stop the rental suggestions, and I can't find a way to contact customer support. It's annoying enough that I'm switching to Zillow.

This is my favorite app to use when looking for a new place to rent. Easy to use and I love the simple way to change the map view. I really wish it would stop showing me places that aren't pet friendly when I put that cats are a must though. It's driving me insane.

I uninstalled immediately because the filters don't work effectively. If I put in 2 BR and a price limit, it shows me Studios at that price. It's a waste of time and there are other apps.

Trulia is a subsidiary of Zillow. I use both because they have two different formats. Trulia has a simpler interface than Zillow but offers different information in a different format and I find it very useful.

Yu dont have to rely on ' guessing 'explanations. Clear and precise . pics.tell alot.good and bad. Street view.great.. Gives yu an idea of neighborhood. Also crime rate guide.

Definitely helpful and awesome but my only complaint is the lack of ability to only have single floor/wheelchair accessible filters. I've been able to find what I thought would.be the perfect future home only to have that ruined by it having stairs. My fiance is wheelchair bound so this is obviously a top priority for us.

Trulia gives me access to properties I can't always see on others, especially regarding rentals, but also for sale. If the same property comes up on other ap, it always shows up after it does on Trulia. For this reason I give it 5 stars. It's just easier to use and more reliable. It does have a bug in the crime map. That never seems to be working, unless absolutely everywhere is completely crime free, no. The bug in the school info was fixed. I still wish they would use the GreatSchools feature.
