The app is mostly okay, but it seems to completely disregard filters. Ive signed out, signed in, reset filters, deleted the app, blah blah blah, done all of it. The app continues to send notifications for houses that don't allow pets, which ends up being about 3/4 of the results. In such a competitive rental area, it sends me continuous notifications about houses im not interested in, which ends up in me just turning them off because it's frustrating to deal with it. Likely won't use it anymore.

The app works but is annoying because it jumps far too much. When you inquire about a rental that's the one you're inquiring about, you don't need the app to jump to other rentals or posts. And stop sending notifications for places out of the price range Specified by the Filters I set! THAT IS ANNOYING and a waste of time.

I found my apartment with trulia, quite easily. I love my new home very much. The app was easy to use and helped me to plan and sort my ideas about what i wanted and where. I recommend this app to anyone looking for an apartment or thinking about, dreaming about someday....

This app would be perfect if the notifications for "houses that are right for the you" actually paid attention to your saved searches. App is easy to use but I'm getting notifications at least five times a day for houses in my price range that don't take into account my other requirements for a rental home. I'm getting sick of getting rentals that at first glance seem perfect for me and then I open them in the app and see Pets Allowed: No. That's not what I've put down I'm looking for or saved.

All data provided is dishonest. Most prices are followed by a plus, which means the price range after applying the filter could be anywhere from the 999 to a million dollars. Which means the app and it's landlords are prepping to F@#$ you up. Typical scammer behaviour therefore NO, thank you but NO.

Was nice at first but now only shows me units in an area I searched once but not where I want to see. emailed for help and was told it would fix itself after a few weeks. Appnis useless at this point

I love the way the app sends recommendations. All the important things in the first line. However I would love to be able to filter my recommendations to my needs. The app constantly sends units that are either out of my price range or won't allow pets. Maybe I'm overlooking the way to do it, but if not I hope they will add this to the next update.

I like this app, but recently the alerts tab stopped loading alert results. I still get alert notifications, but if I select them it just loads the alerts tab with a button that says "get started," even though I've configured alerts. Tapping this button also just takes me to the search tab. So yeah. No idea why or what I'm supposed to do. Seems like a bug.

I keep re-downloading out of desperation. Seems like it's filter system passes an apartment that meets any single criteria. So, if you filter for a 2 bed apartment under $3000, you'll get recommended a complex that has a studio under $3000 but all the 2 bedrooms are $4k+ It's impossible to use this app, try the Craigslist app or StreetEasy if you're in NYC. The high rating is most certainly purchased by a PR department with no faith in the product.
