Incredibly safe and secure. Hopefully I didn't just jinx myself, but have never had an issue with McAfee. Very fluid and intuitive design throughout all platforms. Only gripe would be having to click the true key accessibility button on my mobile in order for username and password to be inputted. Whereas on a computer it automatically inputs info if logged into McAfee.

It's actually been really good so far and useful. Not really had a problem so far. They save my passwords and other important notes too. And although logging ypu out due to inactivity can be annoying, it's quite good and useful. I encourage you to get it. It's really helpful

Update, it is working. Had to uninstall and reinstall everywhere and then set up trusts again. I really like the software, But! how about a little communication with your customers. This was not working until I read a fix on the McAfee forums from a user! An email sent out to paying customers that your are having issues would have saved me 4 hours on Sunday! Faith lost, good luck getting it back, thank the stars you have lots of competition. Servers down for over 4 days, not a word YET! Do not install! Broken!

Very difficult to use. Learning curve is still beyond my reach. Microsoft authenticator is much more reliable when trying to access it because it's easy to use. If I want difficult I'll go back to carrying a notepad with everything on it. At least that is free.

For a few days been experiencing the problems that ohter users were experiencing back in June with logging in to websites and about servers down.At this point I am just about ready to cut you guys out and take my business elsewhere. Reading through your responses to reviews and saying that the issues have been resolved, I do not believe it at all, since it's 9/2021 having the same issues: not conneceted to the internet, even though I am & no auto sign in. My PC & iPhone no problems only Android.

McAfee said that I needed to install it for the best possible utility of the product/service of their application! Yet like the protection plan, which is not the free version, has been a problem from the outset. Now I I just want to get back to the point where I started and forget that I had at one point thought highly of McAfee!!!!

I have loved True Key (for years) that I do not want to let go my McAfee subscription - almost daily, I rely on true key -- until now, I cannot access my account... this is very frustrating and stressful. This is very BAD... it is like putting your valuables in a bank... then suddenly you are NO LONGER allowed to access your account... to make it worst, (through their email function to reset your password) the email received was in a "different language"... making it impossible to read.

I didn't really leave a review before - just "cool" - but really that's about all that needs to be said. It's a simple-to-use password managing app. I've been using it for over a year and it has always worked great. 👍

Edited:[McAfee don't provide any decent support, they lie. I completely lost my account. Impossible to recover it.] Never trust this app. It's dangerous. Once you don't remember your master password and don't have a trusted device, you'll completely lost access to your all stored password and your main account. This app is a deprecated way of security. Just old people developing old bureaucracy false believing it's secure.

The app just won't stay signed in. I have the auto sign out set to 7 days, but I have to sign back in most times I try to use the app. It won't do the automatic login on a site or an app despite the notification running normally, and then when I open the app from the floating icon, it'll say my login has expired. The setting simply seems to have no effect; it does say "7 days" when I check the settings, but it isn't 7 days. It's less than a day. An hour, maybe? Have reinstalled several times.
