I had an elite membership for years and loved it. Now they want $10 a month for the same service. That's insane. For that price I could buy a physical map for everywhere I go that won't run out of batteries. They think they have gold but what they're really doing is pricing themselves out of the market. Google trails can't get here fast enough. Someone needs to go back to marketing 101 because this is textbook stupidity.

Application is no longer useful. It will no longer download off the grid maps nor will it allow you to get maps off the net real time. This is the last time I support a trimble product. And to think I was trying to get my company to purchase their GIS tablet app to replace our mapping units from them.

The app is useless, crashes due to screen size issues on samsung products. can't log in, can't download maps. My subscription was cancelled last year and I was just charged again today. NOT HAPPY!!!! Their own site says no longer supported. Why am I being charged? What I said three years ago no longer applies. Simple and easy product. One of a small number that allow me to switch datums. Our search and rescue teams have to go between all DMS, DM.mm, and D.ddd quickly in WGS84. UTM has to switch to NAD27. Most other products make this difficult if available at all. Only 4 stars because I need multiple Trimble products to accomplish all tasks.

Great for tracking hikes and downloading GPX files. Frustrating at times, pretty good with the battery life side of things.

Paid $10 for this, loved it for years, now they changed the app so it can't cache maps offline anymore. I guess my $10 was just renting the functionality that the app promised at the time since they want $10 a month for it now...

Don't waste your $10 like I did, the Trimble Outdoors app and services are being retired. Check there website. You can't become an elite member anymore so therefore you can't download maps or GPX files so it's pointless.

My favorite GPS app, and I've tried several. One feature that seems to be unique (or at least rare) is the ability to use photos as way points. Lots more to like about Trimble too.

Trying to enter coordinates and leave a waypoint for later has been "TRYING MY PATIENCE". Maybe update will fix. Or I will cancelling my Elite Membership 😠

I also have my topo maps. Both are pro versions. They are by far the best gps and topo map programs on the market. I just wish you had the same overlay options on both apps. Other than that I'm very happy with trimble products. I wish you could overlay topo maps over satellite images like you can in the my topo app for tablets. I have a note 4 so I can use the my topo app but would use this app more if I had that ability.

I like the multiple pictures per waypoint, the almost few clicks to add pictures (could be less for I am riding a horse in sunlight and can't always focus on the buttons and prompts) but I cannot find a way to save everything (including photos) to the external SD Card - only the cached maps. Uninstalling.
