Don't know what is wrong with the app. I ordered a serum and they texted me that my order has been placed. But when I open the link through message or through the app from ‘my orders' section it shows that you haven't placed any order yet .

Worst shopping app...The order was supposed to be delivered by 17th at the time of making the order (12th)..but after ordering it is showing that no order placed...and while tracking through the link via sms always showing the vehicle is delayed after shipping... Just fed up..and the worst thing is that we could not find any help centre...The contact number or email are both just....,🙄

What the hell... I have ordered a concealer from this app bt when I am trying to track the order bt it is showing that there is no order nd when I am trying to see the order through sms link it showing that "this order doesn't belong to this account".... Very disappointed

Such a horrible app.ordered plum vit c.paid amount of 346 through gpay.but no order was placed shown in the app. Worst thing is they don't even have a decent platform so that we can reach them. Waste app so far. Lots of time gets wasted in opening and knowing things going on in the app. Need a refund and I have proofs that amount was sent from my account.
