Bad service and low category hotels. Booked first pack for kerla and got good experience. Second time planned for Pondechary trip but its very bad experience. Very small room allocated where no tv working, no wifi, very small bathroom, arogant hotel owner and no other staff to manage, no restaurant. Driver was good but not a good tour guide. Very less spot shown as compairing to given quote. There margin is more than 60%. So better to look local tour operater. No help from tour operater.

Very bad experience with travel triangle. Don't use this app.... I booked my holidays using this app and the tour operator hiked the price of hotel after first installment payment. They will take your first installment and then will ask you to pay more than the initial invoice or will give you the lower grade hotel. Also the customer care is unresponsive and not reachable

I had a very good experience with travel triangle. Flight booking and rebooking of cancelled flight was made easy and effortless. Hotel booked was a little remote but it was a good hotel. Staff amd food at hotel was really good. Only problem was the driver. Giving them a 4 rating because of this. Otherwise the services really good.

The functioning of Travel triangle has deteriorated. I used it twice earlier and somehow had good experienced.But now things are totally different The Team manager came at last once I booked there was no guidance at all.Even she was not aware it was booked by me. The worst experience was with the Package I booked for Kashmir Most of the things which were shown by the package dealer were wrongly given.There is no one to guide also.

Worst travelling experience found with Travel Triangle... Your agent "Trip String" are having totally unprofessional attitude I had booked my trip from 21st to 25th Nov with "Trip String" and the issues starts from 1st day regarding hotel service... They had suggest me the hotel and i kept trust on him and booked hotel as per their assurance but service in hotel was worst.. I complaint regarding this issue with trip string - Himansu, Shubham and others regarding issue but they fail to provide

It always says 'slow internet connection. Please retry'. I have 30 Mbps WiFi connection! Every time I use this app, I have to uninstall and reinstall. Once reinstalled, it works smoothly at that time. Once I close the app and try to reopen, it displays above message. Can someone from team help resolve this issue?

I had a very bad experience with TravelTraingle.If there is an option for Zero rating I could have gone for that.There are no support form the travel traingle team after booking the trip.They only take the charges but no support from them.Booking ID-7889755. I have raised multiple complaints but no response from customer support. I would suggest go for direct booking with Travel agents they are very helpful and atleast you can connect with them. I'll never recommend anyone to use TravelTraingle.

Hopeless service..Dnt book through TT...They will not respond to ur complaints after finishing ur trip...They will not ask for any feedback....If we complaint against our Travel agent they will not respond..They will consider it as Feedback rather than complaint..If travel agent makes mistakes in our trip & if customer bear that loss also Travel Traingle will not take any necessary actions against that Travel agent...So rather booking through TT we can book with local vendors or Thomas cook...

They are cheaters. They took 6000 as booking amount for a resort which was not available even on the resort website. They committed full refund in case of non availability before taking the booking. Now now after 10 days of payment they are saying that the Resort I booked is not available and there will be cancellation charges of 5000 rs. Thats how they cheat the customers. First they take booking saying its refundable and after that they apply cancellation charges. Fraud Company.

Worst experience with vendors, Vendors promise to give some property but after paying they don't give the same property. don't keep up their promises.worst booking experience on this app. No support at all. Booking id : 8278640 Recommend not use travel triangle.
