Good when it works but it has crashed multiple times just as I'm about to get on the bus, it forces the app to close and then doesn't let me reopen it. I've nearly missed the bus on multiple occasions because of this - bugs need a lot of work on this app. Originally had my rating at 2 star but it's dropped to one as I nearly missed the bus again yesterday due to the app crashing and the bus driver taking off 2 minutes early. Fix your God damn app.

It doesn't work consistently and will crash. If you would have to depend on this app, then don't use it. Was on my way to a job interview today when it crashed. Couldn't bring up the ticket and I just had to walk home. Still incredibly angry about. Also the positive reviews and the distribution of the ratings are highly suspicious....

I bought a weekly pass on the mlink app and was able to use it for one journey. When I tried to open it for my return journey home on day 1 it wouldn't open. I was at the bus stop and couldn't reinstall the app, log in etc. as the bus was due. I had to pay for another ticket. This is the third time this has happened and it's a waste of money. Going back to the cards and paper tickets. This could be so convenient and efficient but it is let down by the fact it stops working after updates.

Great app when it works. This closes as much as it opens. Some drivers won't let u on even if u have PayPal receipt to prove u bought a ticket and you have purchase a paper ticket. Translinks response to complaint is "have you reinstalled" yes yes I have and even got a new phone. The app has issues

Crashes way too frequently - I've had to purchase another ticket on occasions too as train conductors can't accept the receipts as proof of purchase, and reinstalling doesn't always work. Support teams keep telling me it's an 'isolated' issue, or my phone, despite the numerous other reviews here stating otherwise. A real pity as handling physical tickets is just wasteful, and a nuisance during covid.

Was working fine until about a month ago, then it just crashed and would not reopen. Tried force shutting, restarting phone, uninstalling the app and reinstalling it. Nothing works. Other people are having the same problem too. The app is literally unusable at the moment. Please get it fixed soon.

Great when it works properly, so easy to show your phone instead of digging for change. However I have missed the bus on a few occasions due to the app crashing or not opening, which the bus driver won't wait for. The only fix seems to be reinstalling and logging in again. Sort it out please.

The app itself is good when it works. However there's a terrible bug which causes the app to crash constantly and the only way to resolve this is to reinstall. This has caused myself and several people I know to miss buses as a result. Also why is this app requesting access to make calls?

At least its crashes are consistent enough to plan for. Ensure you have enough time to uninstall, reinstall and relogin back in before your bus/train is due to avoid frustration . Mostly occurs when the app has been sitting in the background. Android problem only, never seen the issue on iPhone.

Used to be fine but crashes too frequently. Have had to re-install and repurchase tickets three times, doubling the cost. Missed the bus on other occasions because it was down and drivers can't let on without payment. This app should help with COVID safety measures but can't trust it.
