Reviews From google play store

Only using when on the bus/train stops. Please add the capality to add any stops/stations in your favorites. When you're away from that bus stop or station, you want to know whether you can make it to catch the bus/train and if not, to make alternate route. For example, I have 2 different bus options going home, one stop has the bus every 20 mins which I prefer because it will stop close to our home, and the other is every 4 mins but will have to walk more. So this will be helpful.

It has been nothing but frustrating!!! I miss the old metro app. This one is trying to do too much had to change my password to something shorter because you have to enter it EVERYTIME!!!! YOU TRY AND USE A TICKET. And the code on the back of the CC. Bus drivers get frustrated as people wait on my slow phone. changed my password to something shorter. The app accepted it. Now I cant sign back in and I have pre paid tickets on there. This is BS. I've missed work twice now due to app FAILURE.

I used to use the MTA app (which I found difficult to use) and another rider recommended that I switch. I find this app extraordinarily unreliable. It will tell me a bus is coming in 5 minutes, I wait, and suddenly the ETA is 25 minutes. I wasted my time and should have walked or taken the subway. Also, it's often hard to get the time for the bus going in my direction. If the next bus is going in the other direction, that's what I get. I'll probably switch back to the MTA app.

This app relies on data given to them by various transit agencies. Those agencies are giving their data directly to google maps and in many cases google maps only. As a result of this apps like this one could be months behind as new routes and timetables are added. Such is the case in Tulsa OK and certainly other places as well. The app should at least provide the option to get data from google maps.

It only shows the trip I want if I am NOT on route. When I am in the middle of my trip the app will lose my current ongoing trip OVER AND OVER AND OVER AND OVER again! Such a hassle and kind of make this app now pointless. All around the app could use some improvements. I do like that you can touch the dot on the map to see the time. I also like that you can see all lines current and non running.

This app is not user friendly. Sometimes, the tickets you've bought show up. Sometimes they don't. You have to go back and forth between screens sometimes just to get an unused ticket to show so you can activate it. Also, you can only buy 2-packs of 1-ride tickets. Why can't we just buy a single ticket for a single ride? That makes no sense. This app is frustrating and I have problems with it every day I use it.

Generally accurate, this app allows for planning out when to leave the house. I don't bother with actually following when to leave the house, as transit give you about half a second to make any connections. It does have a rare issue where a bus it's tracking will suddenly cease to exist, which I'm assuming is due to an issue in the tracking and not because buses are getting thrown out of existence. Still, one of the better apps for travel.

This app has improved over the past couple of years. It's really useful to be able to see the times for connections - I've been able to run and make a bus quite a few times, saving me a 15 to 20 minute wait for the next one! One suggestion: it would be nice to be able to type in the bus#. The "which line did you board" feature doesn't always have accurate information.

It works great. But sometimes the full route doesn't show up especially for connecting busses. One search made me walk for 30 minutes to a bus stop. I did a Google maps search and found that I could have taken a bus to the bus stop.

Loved that their developers care about the app and the people using it. Concerned about the bus strike in Vancouver they modded the app to make it easier for people that use bus to find as many options as possible. Glad to see them caring about their users like this, well deserved 5 stars :)

Once they got rid of the pointless jumping back and forth motion to let users know to swipe to see other routes, it works fine. The gps timing still seems to be a bit off, but nothing too serious.

This app compiled with the COTA system specifically, has never failed my arrival to anywhere, at anytime! I've never trusted any other public transportation app; hats off to you (creator; admin; so forth) and full forward bow! Thank you!

So, this app had 4 stars for me at first and now it has went to 2. This app keeps telling me that my bus will be here in a short period of time but, the bus is taking forever. This needs to be fixed!

This app does not show if a bus is ALREADY THERE, it will only show the next one. It doesn't not accurately portray bus times and bus schedule changes. This app is very inconvenient in a pinch, and still even when you try to plan, it'll only go maybe an hour and a half ahead of schedule.

I think this is the best app I found for Boston public transportation. It's pretty accurate and much prettier than the "official" MBTA app. I hope they can add an option to say how crowded thr bus/train is because sometimes I would make it to the stop on time but can't get on!

This is the worst app ever. It will tell you one time that the bus will arrive and then it will give you a completely different and higher time when the bus should arrive. Not only is this unacceptable but this is a total disservice to the riders that use the bus everyday. I only gave it one star because I could not give it ZERO stars

Bus schedules are NOT accurate. I've been wronged many times going to work thinking I was right on schedule. Top it off with tons of crashes, hard to find info and you've got yourself a 1star app.

directions at no time, even sitting on the platform, the directions don't ever include the metro link. I was sitting on the Brentwood station platform and put in the Central West End station. I was directed to catch the number 59 bus. I caught the train to CWE. when I got there sitting in CWE transit center, I put in the Civic center as destination and was directed to catch the 10. There was a back up direction, catch the 80 and transfer to the 31.

Inaccurate timing. I missed the bus a couple of times because of this and when it said "Bus should arrive in 5 minutes" it was actually about 20+ minute wait.

Great help when planning long bus rides were from out of town in a rv park so we have had tp use the bus traveling around and this app gives you at least 3 options the fastest options amd best options for you to get where ypure going with the least headache possoble, honestly for a town wothout a lightrail system it ranks my top 5 of cities woth no lightrail amd only bus transportation provided by the city

No frills interface. Bus times can be wildly inaccurate. Not really sure what the function of the app is if the name is "Transit - Bus and Train Times" but the times are incorrect.

Said I had 14 or more minutes multiple days for the bus, crashed on my walk there and when I re opened it found out I had missed that bus already and was late to multiple classes because of this issue, please make it more accurate I am so sick of this. Old metro app was way better. Highly dissapointed and dissatisfied

I love the app. But the issue I have is, that most routes given one way is costing 2 fares. (Ex.Train to bus to another train). Also, maybe input a option for search- just in case the 3 travel types given aren't one of the best options u looking for.

It's constantly crashing as of late, to the point of being barely usable. Would really love to use this again, but if it crashes mid ride, it makes the GO function kinda useless.

Love this app when it works but often when I search for a bus line, it would be better if it shows both directions. Fix this and I'll gladly change my feedback :)

Would've been better if there was an easy access to favourites, either by station code or bus number. This is regarding Translink. Right now, it's hard to find your favourites, doesn't even exist. In trip planning, sometimes you are more than 10 stops away and you want to see the best station to alight from depending on the real time bus schedule. Right now, I have to play around to actually find what I'm looking for. Also, instead of counting down time, there should be an option to use hh:mm.

Very good application for traveling around the city. Bus and train tracking from the city is boosted by users' location via their phones. Makes things easy to predict. The best.

This app works well and has up to date information but it uses SO MUCH DATA. 25MB for a total of two minutes of use getting info on only two bus routes? Ridiculous.

Amazing. It's not exactly real time but 15-30 seconds difference doesn't bother me. Love being able to tell when to leave home and make any public transport on time!

This used to be a great app. It helped me a lot before. But now, it keeps on crashing and it doesn't give accurate time anymore. It makes me late. I hope you can fixed it.

Sometimes the ETA of buses are inaccurate, and it angers me that I have to add my home and work address when I want to find bus schedules to go to work or gome!

This app suffers in the user interface BIG TIME. YOU NEED TO MAKE THE BUS ROUTE MORE DISTINGUISHABLE. A SMALL SOUTHBOUND OR NORTHBOUND IS NOT ENOUGH; IT IS EQUALLY IMPORTANT TO THE BUS NUMBER!. YOU NEED TO MAKE THE USER-SELECTED BUS MORE DISTINGUISHED, NOT JUST PUT A TINY ARROW ON IT.

It requires a fingerprint identification that closes the app, every time. Ridiculous. Also generally not user-friendly.

I'm new to riding the bus in Salem, Oregon and this app has been a lifesaver. Works great when planning trips throughout the area and the notifications have been extremely helpful.

So far it's gotten better finally. Although there are still time it doesn't show the bus properly and you still get "ghosts" bus that arrives or not arrive according to time.

Biggest pet peeve is how cluttered the map is with bikes, birds and other electric scooters. They still show on the map despite being turned off in the settings.

Great app. Use it daily. You have no reason to use paper anymore if you have a data plan.

The ease of the app is convenient, but lately there have been some glitches. Ex: when opened, the app will sometimes have an empty screen and have no routes to suggest, even though the transpo is normal. Close, open, uninstall, reinstall. Still happens. There's also the clock used to set the desired time of arrival, it will appear at the top of the screen and won't register time. Help!! Aside from that, helpful app:)

Normally excellent, but since last night won't show anything but 2 trains, won't show buses etc despite them being marked in settings. Have uninstalled, redownload but same thing.

I love everything about transit bus & schedules it helps too have the application for the bus services that I take too wherever i go; so i highly recommend that everyone try it

This app WAS very helpful however there must have been an update or something because now i cant see any buses in my area??? Can u fix this asap please devs

App has had its problems but many have been fixed. But it still has quirky issues, such as oddball routing at certain times on certain routes. The issue has been reported to support, but the problem largely remains. It's not a big problem, you just might have to do an extra bit of walking or miss a close connection. Also has issue lately assuming I cannot make the next bus, even if I'm standing at the bus stop. GPS is working but it shows times based on next bus until I'm on it and moving.

The app is useful to find bus routes, but it glitches a bit too frequently. You can't plan your route accurately until the time of. It fails to give you all possible routes to your destination until you're ready to leave - which defeats the purpose of figuring out your route in advance. Sometimes, the bus times are incorrect as well. The route schedule can give you roughly accurate arrival times; but if you want to find out when the next bus arrives, then it says 59 minutes.

I used this app in Seattle during my first time ever being there and it was great. The live arrival times and accurate routes and schedules made getting around an unknown city a breeze. Now that I'm back home in Sacramento, this app isn't so great. There are no real-time arrivals for the bus routes here, and since I know the schedules by heart in this town, this app is all but useless to me. I will have to use other apps that show real-time arrivals until this app fixes this.

I need to be in the city by 10am in the morning. You'd think it would be simple enough to back trace to see what time the bus comes past my house. But no, it's not that simple, at least it's not that simple on the app. All this app is good for is 'right now travels', absolute rubbish if you want to plan ahead. I went onto the website and found the information in less than 5 minutes. So what's the point of having the app again?

It's a great public transport app, don't get me wrong. But it fails in one major area that I simply cannot accept, read bellow. From time to time, you'll be unable to fetch the transit you need through the app: It will say you're offline, even when you're clearly on the network, and refreshing won't work. Why? Because they just updated the app, and your version is no longer getting service. It's not mentionned anywhere until you figure out you need to update it yourself. 3/5 Transit, pls fix.

The app has been doing this for a while: it says the bus will be there in 10 minutes but then it slashes that to 0 minutes and I peek outside and there's the bus. The app said the next one was in 11 minutes but I decided to go outside anyways. The time increased for a few minutes and then went from 9 minutes to 1 immediately. This is extremely frustrating. Please fix this because the app used to work so well to plan commutes.

This app lags a lot and interface is confusing and over complicated. Often crashes when trying to purchase tickets. You can't purchase a single ride ticket, they are sold in packs of two or more. What if I only have $2 in my account and I need to get to work? This is a very real possibility for someone who lives paycheck to paycheck like myself.

when it works it's great, but when it doesn't it's terrible. The interface would be nearly perfect if the live bus data was reliable, but since the gps data seems inconsistent for my city's buses it makes scheduling your route complete guesswork more often than not. I've missed so many buses because the app put me at my stop at the wrong time. I'd rely on my own memory except I take many different routes depending on the day. Google maps is better but more cumbersome.

I have missed buses several times becaus of this app. It does not give an accurate -- or anything closer to it -- estimate of bus arrival time. Many times I would see the bus just departing the bus stop when the app would show it as minutes away. If you don't want to risk missing your bus, download the bus schedule from translink website, use the translink trip planner or the 33333 service.

I like it cause it shows you the nearby stations without navigating to the route but I hope there's an option where we can choose the route in advance. What if the station is too far from my current location I cannot navigate where that station is. It may also be useful if there is an option where we can see the schedule of the bus arrival for particular station. Also, I dont like the dark theme before it was nice because I can see clearly the map but right now it is hard to look at the UI.

Very useful app, but the execution is poor. Interface is unintuitive and laggy. Reported bus location changes erratically making me not trust it. The primary use for this app is a moment in time where the user is concerned about not missing a bus and/or how long it will take the bus to arrive. To serve the goal or reassuring the user, it needs to be to be rock solid. In my experience so far it has not been with the interface fully locking up at times.

This app is very helpful! I couldn't get around on the busses very easily before! I found them very difficult! But with this Transit App, travelling by bus is much simpler! I can plan out a route to take first by bus route choices, but then once you're on the bus, you can plan another trip from where you are then. Not automatically. But you can trace any route backwards or forwards to see where your line intersects with another bus route! Then plan accordingly! It helped us each get home! Thanks

When the app works it works, but most of the time I'm not able to see when the bus I'm looking for is coming. If I do see it then it is either not moving on the map or going back and forth between two spots on the map. Also the app tells you that a bus is coming within 15-30 minutes even though the bus might not get to your stop for another 2 hours. This needs to be fixed.

This app is no longer working! In Cincinnati metro made everyone start using transit today. It was working fine as it allowed me to see my bus routes and to select a ticket to buy. Upon purchasing a ticket the app shut down. Now everytime I try to re enter the app it automatically closes. Not happy as I have somewhere to be and this was supposed to be the "new and improved" option. Atleast the old way worked without issue.

I was using this app for years and it was great. Accurate times for Multiple types of travel. Now it's just garbage. The Nightmode is terrible and makes the app impossible to use in the daylight. Whoever thought of this UI definitely didn't go out in broad daylight and use it. And now it won't provide me times for the Go Train Station that is only 10 mins away from my house. How an app can get worse over time is beyond me but I will be uninstalling it now.

This app does its job. It will tell you when buses are on its way which is great. What I dont like about this app is how sensitive it is to breaking when you are trying to help other riders. Sometimes its GPS gets wonked out and doesnt realize you are in the bus on route. At that point, I roll my eyes and quit out of the application. Clearly the GPS needs working on this app.

I dont like the dark mode update. I would suggest putting a white border on the text so its easier to read. Also it would be better if you guys could disable the dark mode sync with the phone settings because to be honest I like your app's light mode better. It would be more convenient to have a toggle in the settings for dark mode instead.

Note: have forgot to mention this is only an issue in the evening/afternoon. This may or may not be an issue with TANK, hard to tell. Cincinnati (TANK) schedule is really off. It briefly displays a different (more accurate) time to arrival (waiting for the bus) but within a second it adjusts to an incorrect value.

App always get the bus times too late, it'll say to leave but when you get to your bus stop it will never come. As well it'll say the bus is right by you but when you look around it's nowhere to be found. If the app had better tracking and accurate bus times. It would be 10x better but it's not.

App used to be fantastic. Now, the times are all out of wack. Click to see what time the bus comes, and it always says 35 minutes or jumps between 15 and 35 minutes. I thought this app somehow tracked the buses, but I guess I was wrong. Some update along the way turned it to junk.

This app has caused me to miss my bus multiple times. It has shown the real time data wrong, it has had whole busses disapear off of its schedule and then they pull up 5 minutes later. Loading the realtime data is apparently hard for the app cause even on wifi it takes minutes sometimes. I flip over to my city's bus app and its loaded instantly every time. Get your act together developers!

The Transit app has been very useful for navigating around town. I recently moved to a new city, so it was important for me to find an app that will help me get around easily. This app has far exceeded my expectations. The bus route times listed are normally accurate and they update in real-time depending on if the bus is running early or if it is delayed. Also, the app notifies you when you are nearing your destination even if you are not connected to WiFi. I highly recommend the Transit app!

I installed and tried this app because it is my transit authority’s endorsed app. My transit authority even titled their webpage about this app, “Planning Your Trip Just Got Better.” Unfortunately, it will not even allow one to “plan” their trip. The app does not let one choose any route to investigate, rather it only shows routes that are nearby. I realize that nearby routes are the most pertinent; however, one cannot then plan ahead, such as for later in the day or for the route needed to transfer to (because one single route cannot get you directly to your destination). Also, among the limited routes available to look at, it only allows one to look at the future times and stops. Again, this is the most pertinent, but then one cannot plan for using the route the next time. This app seems quite nice for real-time data and use, but sadly it does not even have the option to “plan” one’s trip. Update: Thank you, Developer, for informing me about the "Where to?" feature. Every other transit app I have used has let me choose from a menu of routes, which I could not find in your app. That is how I plan my trips, by going to that specific route and investigating. I interpret "Where to?" as an actual address of where I want to get. Now, I realize that your "Where to?" feature is for both, namely an actual address or an actual route. That indeed allows one to plan for the future, in addition to the present moment. I will increase my star rating. I would suggest renaming "Where to?" to something more inclusive of actual routes, though. For example, upon clicking on the "Where to?" feature, you prompt folks to enter a "Line or destination." Maybe you could simply say that instead of "Where to?".

It can display wait times, but cannot tell when you board a bus. It starts the riding sequence while I'm still waiting at the bus stop several minutes ahead of when my bus arrives (15 or so before). Great for predictions, not for tracking. I can't imagine the trip info-sharing bit is good if it latches onto stationary folks, but it at least follows the official times as a back-up.

Better off using google maps, this app needs an update weekly and can not show routes anymore due to technical difficulties. Uninstalling.

This is okay for the bike share program, although it does have glitches and did not work for me the last time I tried it. Kept telling me I needed to walk to a bike station, meanwhile I was standing right next it. As for the bus app it is horrible for trying to find the bus stop you need and the time it is coming. It is hard to find favourites and it is hard to find out a schedule for the bus.

Broken and buggy. GPS is broken and doesn't work 50 percent of the time

I really want this app to be good but its just now. I know its new so as it improves i might change my rating but right now youre better off just using google maps. The app takes way too long to load. Sometimes ill be standing right next to a bus thats about to leave in 4 minutes and the app says it doesnt leave for 33 minutes so i cant get an accurrate arrival time. I really like that it alerts you when your stop is coming up but thats the only thing about it thats any better than using google

I have had an issue with the app not saving my trip. I haven't heard back from the Dev's either.

New feature of incessant toast ads about irrelevant sales requires disabling upcoming stop notifications--limits utility of app on unfamiliar routes. Real time track is good. Loses stars because the interface actively fights you in map views, aggressively zooming in tight after you've zoomed out. Trip planning can work OK, but it's only reliable if you're standing still many minutes before scheduled departure at a stop. Skip that part.

Good app, but buses in Toronto are having same number but different route. Like in actual we have 102A, 102B, 102C, 102D and 102 as well and all of them are for different routes. The app will show only 102. Which doesn't make sense and it doesn't help at all. Have to stick with good old Google Maps.

I've put 3 stars because this app can be unpredictable about timing, sometimes the time is right and sometimes it's not, which is very frustrating when you need to be punctual at some place. That is why I prefer to use Google maps since it is more accurate. Thank you

Gotta say, it was the worst idea ever to buy a monthly pass from RTD on this app. The second the app gets disconnected from the internet you lose access to your pass. Otherwise the app isn't that bad, sometimes the GO function just didn't feel like working or updating information but again, that's probably from getting disconnected from internet. I definitely won't buy my pass on her next month.

I really, really wanted a smart alternative to Google Maps (because screw Google) but one of the most important things I think this app should have is dead-on accuracy. I don't understand how this app is sponsored by my local train system, yet my train system's website is dead-accurate whereas this app is crucially off? I thought the train was late but in reality I had already missed it by 5 minutes or more.

This app wipes Google Real Time tracker/Maps by miles. For example, I work in another city that doesn't have bus service. Maps will not even account for walking time, which is about 20 minutes. This app actually accounts for walking time, and I feel it does a better time and location tracking than maps. 5 stars unless something changes!

I have yet to put this app to any real use, but I love the idea of being able to tell exactly when your bus or train is expected to arrive at your location. However, I think that there is one thing that would truly make this app well worth installing for transit passengers who have to ride at night: dark mode. It would not only help to save the batteries of their devices, but help them to be able to sleep when they get home. I would greatly appreciate being able to see that on the next update.

The apps time estimation in Toronto is horrendously inaccurate. I've been looking at a bus arrival time saying 11 minutes.... For 4 minutes. If it can't be accurate to small amounts, guaranteed it is inaccurate at longer times. Giving two stars because at least I can see where the bus is and make my own call

Would like the ability to dismiss all notifications for a given transit line during commute hours for just that rush hour period. I don't need updates if I'm not commuting that day or already arrived. Even better if the app could figure this out based on location to home/work. Sometimes you get home early, don't need to keep getting notifications. Also commute hours presupposes you have a 9-5 schedule or that it's only for rush hour periods. I don't think this applies to everyone

Really annoying when the app tells me when I'm arriving at a destination but I'm trying to figure out when the bus leaves from a station. I can't tell when I need to be there to get on my bus and keep missing it because the times show when it arrives at the other end, not when it leaves from where I currently am. Please change it back!

Please fix the time function This app was working pretty much 100% great until today. I always use the "arrive by" a certain time function, but now whenever I use the little clock to set the time, it glitches, some parts turn white and it doesn't allow me to put in the minutes. Please fix!!

Try to switch to down valley versus upvalley for schedule. It's totally a timer app that tells you little to nothing more then the actual posted schedule says. Its honestly a waste of resources to download this app. I advise you to go on RFTA website download the current PDF schedule and use that as a reference. This transit app is a prime example of human waste. Some dude or girl was paid to have a app tell you info that you don't request. If you think I'm bitter try the app. Waste of time.

The map features are great but the new EZFare thing they just rolled out doesn't work. I can't click the purchase button when I go to buy tickets. And since my county has now discontinued their old ticket app for this one, I can't ride the bus because I can't buy tickets. Nice.

Crashes often on my Pixel 4. Beautiful release notes, so it's all good!

Millennium falcon would totally fit in carpool lane. Thanks for being awesome developers and making this a great app!

The bus times are very off a lot of the time, causing me to miss the bus and having to wait for the next one. When I check online at the transit website, the busses leave at the correct time and it's the app that's incorrect, which is very misleading from the app. Wrong information

Put in the address and it found the routes just fine. Ride the train, find the stop to switch to the bus. Get on the 22 bus but it doesn't follow that route as shown on the app. So I'm now many many blocks from my destination and will be late. Don't rely on this app if you have a schedule to follow.

As efficient as a cereal sandwich and as usefull as a football bat. UI is meh I've made better and seen worse, battery usage is outrageous (90% battery + 7 minute walk = 72%), not intuitive, poor location & bus tracking. Will continue using the tried and true methods of google maps for my Cincinnati travel.

This app is acurate half the time. It tells me a time my bus is leaving then when i get to my bus stop it gives me a different time, then im waiting much longer. Please fix because its a big inconvience for me. I wont rush if i dont have to.

Your bleeding app was allowing the notifications to cover the times for the buses so I could not look at the times and make sure it was talking about the right ones and I panicked.... causing problems and I almost got run over! that aside it would be helpful if you listed the bus stop numbers for the buses as well to make sure that I am on the right side of the street. They were 'emergency weather notices'...

Great to see it has transport info for Canberra. I travel between Sydney, Melbourne and Canberra regularly. Looking forward to using this app in my other cities. Interface takes a little getting used to but the info on the Canberra bus routes is up to date reflecting recent major timetable changes and reflects real time arrival info.

Your latest update had made the leave by and arrive by portion unusable!!! No am or pm option anymore and the time and date portion shows up over the other with 2 different "ok's" with one usable and one not but no way to change from AM to PM? This is really to bad because I really bragged about your app to others and used it a lot. Will wait a little while before uninstalling and trying something else in case you fix it quickly. 😥

I downloaded this app from Google Store - which said it works with Android phones. it ONLY gives me blank screens , green or black. Please clarify - is this an Apple ONLY app? kept trying to coax it along , got in my location, and destination, with long blanks, for half an hour. I let it ferment for another half hour, then same nonfunctionality.

It's not accurate at all! One second it will say the bus is 5 minutes away, and then the next time you look its 40 minutes away. Totally unreliable, and not worth the memory it takes up on a device.

Functional and accurate information about montreal public transportation. Smooth and user friendly interface. Improvement suggestion: After I press "GO" in a navigation: 1. Show my real-time location in each moment of a trip. 2. Set the direction of map same as the direction of navigation or movement.

Where I live there is a lot of bike parking at the bus stop and I live 30 minute walk from the bus station whereas it is only a 10 minute bike ride. It would be convenient to have the proper calculations whether I am walking for a part of my journey or taking a bike during my journey while also using transit.

This app is the best transportation app but the only thing i would like to see change is to be able to access future dates of transport like 2 or 3 day in advance because sometimes i have to go on the STO website just to check tomorrow's buses which can be a bit of trouble sometime or atleast put a link to the websites that can be helpful to the app like the near buses website.. and i know this is probably not possible but maybe try to find a way to make the app not use wifi or data. Great app😁

In starting of my days in Toronto this app works so well but nowadays this is the worst app in my entire life. Everytime I get late to my work with this app. I always check the bus timing from my home so I can easily catch my bus but every single time I miss my bus because this app didn't show me the correct time. It's very much frustrating and annoying.

When it works this app is very useful but about 70% of the time it glitches, doesn't tell me the best route, tells incorrect arrival times, is super slow to reload, I don't understand why the webmaster doesn't update more often to fix the glitches. Not good with smart buses in Detroit. Have to go to smart app to see bus location in real time then switch back for guided travel.
