I've tapping on the "Buy Pass" button for half an hour now and it doesn't do anything. Awfully annoying and I'm really not happy about that.

Nice idea, fine when it works, but often doesn't. Second time I arrive at a gym in their network but app doesn't let me buy a pass, and this is the only way to buy a day pass. Last time I contacted customer service and never heard anything. Nice idea but coding and customer service don't live up to the promise. Bad news for me and for the gym.

More buggy after the "bug fixes." IRHSA used to be OK to find workout facilities while traveling despite their terrible website. Now it is worthless. This app is even worse than the website was! Before "updating" the app found a member club in another city. The "help" instructions said to use a button to buy a pass. No button anywhere. After updating the club was not in the search results. I found it manually, but still no button. Such garbage. MY INVITE CODE IS INSTALLED. MY CLUB IS IN MY PROFILE.

This app provides a great service! I have used it when travelling in France and it makes accessing a gym so easy. My last trip to London and Paris just went wrong due to delays (storm Dennis!) and meeting cancellations - TrainAway replied very quickly and allowed me to change my passes for the month I will now be in Paris. Very happy w their service and would recommend!

I've always had problems with this app, most prominently it only working when I use a VPN. Now, it doesn't show any gyms ever and I receive a "token too old to refresh" error. Finally uninstalled, never once successfully used the service after years of trying. Luckily, Googling gyms works well if not quickly...

First time trying app, it got stuck on having no gyms near Onawa, Iowa (which is where I was parked for the day) Tried to search elsewhere (Sioux city, Council bluff, even Des Moines) but no luck. Maybe this is not meant for those that actually go out in the real world away from big city hassle. But it would be a nice tool to use. It's a pretty app, nice uncluttered graphics. Hope more gyms join so those of us that roam the roads can participate.

This app is useless. The partner rates are absurd. You can easily find better gyms and better rates on your own. I have used it all over Europe and South America. It is a joke. The app works fine, but the idea that you are going to find a good value in a gym with this app is ridiculous.

Doesn't have every gym, but it's a great first start if you're away from home and need to work out. Ordering via the app and going to the gym has been a completely hassle free experience so far.

I bought a ticket through this app for a gym in Barcelona, when I got to BCN fitness they said that they don't work with this app. Pity, as the idea is great but it didn't work the first time I go to use it. Update - the guys refunded the pass and contacted the gym... can't really ask for more. It should work with BCN fitness in the future.
