Lots of parcel cannot be tracked. It also unable to produce real-time tracking of my parcels. Since Aug 2, the apps failed to establish a connection to its own server.

This is no good. Sometimes its always disconnected, no internet whatsoever. Fix your server please. Choose a better server. Also very slow most of the time.

This app is really a lifesaver. I've been really anxious about an important item I've bought online. From the e-commerce tracking system, it doesn't show the location of my item (Ie. parcel hub arrived at distribution centre) . but this app specifically states where my item currently is (ie. Parcel Arrived at distribution centre - Puncak Alam Hub - Selangor). its gave a sense of relief to know where my parcel is for a generally anxious person like me, Good job!! ❤️

Ive tracked some packages with it, overall its good. But sometimes, when i track something from mainland china it doesnt track and it just goes on a grey screen but buttons still function. Though it probably is because its tracking is limited to only malaysia. Overall a good tracking app if most of the products you buy are from malaysia.

This app help to notify me every time my parcel reach next check point. Really convenient. My suggestion is that dev could add the capability to scan the code via photo upload to app, in addition to camera alone, that's would be great.

The best tracking app. Used for almost 2 years now. What i can say is it miles better than some courier own app. And it also automatically detect courier based on the tracking id which is really helpful and if im not mistaken it can hold up to 60 id. But it cannot track shopee items from China unless it has arrived in Malaysia and use local courier. Hopefully more people will find out about this.

Best tracking app for now. I love how it detects based on tracking id on real time. But noticed have late update with Ninja Van, while at its website was working fine. Other courier services have no issue.

I've been using the app for quite some time and working fine, I noticed that when tracking ABX parcel number it won't update. When using others tracking app it the same thing, so it's not the tracking app bugs it's the ABX website it self got problems. Others couriers service no problem just ABX courier service.

Stopped working since September 10. Its stuck with one item pending to arrive but that item i already received in September. In between i already make many purchases in lazada and shopee, almost 15 items, none got tracked! Did all the method of logout login, clear the cache, clear the data, restart my mobile, nothing works. Very dissapointed!! Useless app!!

Overall got a very user friendly interface, except for the floating button to add a new tracking number. It doesn't hide therefore kind of disturbing some of the info for the item at the bottom of the list. The button should be able to hide when we swipe down the list, or just make the toolbar below the screen so that it is out of the list view. Thank you.
