TraceTogether supports Singapore’s efforts to fight the spread of COVID-19 through community-driven contact tracing. TraceTogether notifies you quickly if you’ve been exposed to COVID-19 through close contact with other TraceTogether users. The app allows the Ministry of Health (MOH) to give you timely care and guidance, protecting you and those around you. The app uses Bluetooth, and your Bluetooth data is stored securely on your phone. It’ll only be shared with MOH if you test positive for COVID-19, for the sole purpose of contact tracing. Also, all Bluetooth data stored on your phone is automatically deleted after 25 days. TraceTogether helps us ensure that we don’t spread the virus to our loved ones unknowingly. It also helps us support the work of contact tracers and healthcare workers by combating the spread of COVID-19 together. App functionality will cease once the outbreak ends. TraceTogether is designed for use by people in Singapore. To register, you will need a valid NRIC, FIN, or a valid document of your current stay in Singapore.

Doesn't work sometimes. When I tap it doesn't beep. I have to restart the app. Also. With this recent implementation of vaccinated/unvaccinated, pls update so the app is able to show vacc status on the check in page as well. This reduces the time needed to go back one page after scanning qr code. I mean...I would use the Bluetooth feature......if it didn't fail 50% of the time. But to reduce time wasted, scanning the qr code works better. So pls either improve on the Bluetooth or the above.

Can we have a SafeEntry check in screen also showing the vaccination status at the same time. It is troublesome and time wasting to swipe back to the Home screen to view the vaccination status. This should be easy to implement not sure why is it taking so long.

This app shd flow with the time & to the current restrictions. Pls include the vacinnation status in the check-in page so all relevant I do is displayed in the same screen I stead of going back to main screen after check-in. Pls include the checkout and scan QR tab in the checkin pass page (instead of going back to home page). These tabs will allow users to correctly checkout and checkin to another venue.

Sometimes Bluetooth doesn't work when trying to tap on the reader and have to quit and start the app again. It would also be great if you could include a widget that shows the vaccination status on the home screen of our phones.

Working flawlessly and convenient to use. It would even be better if the check-in gate can read vaccination status using Bluetooth instead of the need to scan the screen. That means tapping can be used for both check-in and read vaccination status

At first I thought I was the only one having problem not being able to use the bluetooth to check in , then i realise many ppl are having this prob too. It's such a hassle having to use both the phone & the token.

Since it's not possible to physically be at 2 places at the same time, why doesn't a new "check in" (in a new place) automatically check you from the previous place?

Not work with gateway device but work with ContactTracing app. please fix it. It will be handy if included the widget with vaccination status and identity.

Please update with the colour of check in page, green for vaccinated, and other colour for unvaccinated for convenience. Everytime need to press back homepage to view vaccination status is a waste of time and jam up the queue.

Tap cannot detect on reader. Initially thought is Bluetooth nor working, later tried to connect wireless speaker can work. Reinstall, hope it works
